Silverlake is a luxury private estate nestled in an extensive nature reserve, near to the coast in West Dorset. Opportunity for adventure abounds with water sports, a private beach, cycling trails, woodland walks, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds available on site.
All our properties here at Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.
Located directly on the lake with it's own private jetty, this this three-story Cotswold Barn is full of character; the ideal holiday home from which to enjoy time with family and friends.
This spacious five-bed, three-bath luxury property offers plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining the family.
The living area provides plenty of seating, as well as a games area for the children. There is a delightful open-plan kitchen, with all the mod cons, including a breakfast bar where you can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or orange juice in the morning. A large dining table will see families enjoying quality time together.
Triple bi-fold doors open onto fully enclosed decking, spanning the width of the property, leading onto its own private jetty for direct lake access. The decking overlooks the stunning lake and secluded garden area; perfect for family picnics.
The property offers spacious accommodation, spectacular views and plentiful storage. To the ground floor is large open plan living/kitchen area, games corner and cloakroom. On the first floor is the master suite with king size bed, access to large rear facing balcony and walk in shower ensuite. There is another double bedroom with access to the balcony and a kids bunk room with small double bed under a raised single (top bunk suitable for a child only).
There are 2 further bedrooms on the top floor with large twin room, a double room and family bathroom.
To the front of the property is a gravel driveway with space for several cars, EV charging point and rear pedestrian access.
The property further benefits from free Wi-Fi, a BBQ and log fire for those cosy nights in.
Please note that there are some properties on the Estate that are undergoing construction in various phases. Bookings for this property are made on the understanding that you will be able to see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300 on Saturdays.
