The 'Siliana' holiday flat is located in Viareggio and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. Just a few steps from the flat, you have access to the pine forest and the bicycle path through which you can quickly reach the promenade. Free parking is available on the street.

The 75 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchenette with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, can thus accommodate 4 persons. Additional facilities include, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, outdoor shower and garden table, chairs and umbrella. A high chair is also available. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available, however the house is very cool even in summer as it is on the ground floor. The double bedroom does however have a ceiling fan. The flat has condominium heating, so it can also be used in winter.

Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is not permitted. Parties are not permitted as the flat is located in a residential block of flats.
