Nice but not as advertised

We had a nice holiday apart from some unpleasant surprises. The annex is a nice bedroom, but totally seperated from the main house. Therefore there is no direct access to a bathroom or toilet. You have to go outside around the house and through the front door to get to the bathroom. The distance to the beach isn't 250 meters, it's over 500. And the overall state of the property is somewhat in decay. It has some charm, but the price is to high for a holiday home in this state.
