"Villa Ghiaia" Vacation Rental: A Place to Stay for Vacations and Short Stays

Welcome to Villa Ghiaia Holiday Rental. Ideal for families and groups who love peace and quiet but also want a convenient location: VILLA GHIAIA TOURIST RENTAL is 9 km from the famous Verona Arena, conveniently located near ring roads and 5 km from the highway exit, and also offers easy access to Lake Garda and amusement parks such as Gardaland.
There is also a bus stop 150 m away (note, however, that service is limited in the evenings and on the mornings of holidays).

The area is quiet, and the house is located on a quiet, residential, traffic-free side street; you can park your car in front of the house. Across the street is a small park with a few playground structures for children.

The house is spread over several floors. Only the entrance and stairwell are shared. Each unit has its own door and privacy; however, we live here and are available to assist if needed.

The attic is a large, open-concept living space of about 50 square metres with its own kitchenette and two large windows that make it airy and bright.

It is equipped with both heating and air conditioning. The temperature must comply with our municipality’s current regulations regarding energy conservation and pollution control, and we take this very seriously (a maximum of 13 hours per day during daylight hours to maintain a temperature of 19° in winter and 27° in summer).

The bathroom assigned to the attic is on the lower floor, just below the first flight of stairs, and next to it is a balcony where you can smoke, equipped with an ashtray and a dustbin.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a sink for hand-washing a few items of clothing; you can also hang laundry to dry on the balcony.

The beds are arranged as follows: 3 single beds and 1 double sofa bed.

The kitchen features an induction cooktop (2 burners) with dishes and all the essentials for short stays.

A security deposit of €100 is required at check-in for each stay. This deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay provided there is no damage or inconvenience of any kind, as described in the rental agreement we will sign at check-in (required by law).
