nice stay in Valle de Guadeloupe

This property has a few cabins on one very nicely landscaped secure property. It was clean, had nice linens, bedding and beds - very functional. The pool is very small - just a plunge pool, but we were the only ones using it and it did the trick to cool us off. The communication with the owner was not great - I had sent an email a while back that never got a response, and I never got any check in info re gate or cabin code (this could be a VRBO problem, but I have not had this kind of issue before: my "keys" access the rental had zero info in it. But the real hassle is that the property has zero signage or a house # to identify it (and my map program is junk in Mexico - it sent us on a wild goose chase). Luckily, I was able to get ahold of the owner who could see our car on the cameras, I had to send him screen shots of our reservation and my info to get us settled in. We were lucky to have done this during daylight hours as it would have been very frustrating and difficult to do after dark. We spent quite a bit of vacation time finding it and getting in.
