Can Demana is a welcoming single-storey property set in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana, just a 10-minute drive from the picturesque town of Pollença. Surrounded by nature and enjoying impressive mountain views, it offers a peaceful setting ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, combining privacy, comfort and plenty of outdoor leisure options.



The entrance leads straight into the living room, a rustic space with wooden beams and stone walls that create a warm, inviting atmosphere. It features comfortable sofas, a SMART TV and free wifi—perfect for unwinding, reading or enjoying a quiet moment after a day out.



From the living room, three steps lead up to the open-plan kitchen-dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the facilities you need to cook comfortably during your stay. From here you have direct access to the outdoor terrace and, on one side, to a practical laundry room.



At the far end of the living room you’ll find the master bedroom, spacious and bright, with a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.



Across the living area, a small hallway leads to the other two bedrooms: one twin bedroom and one single bedroom, both equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. These two bedrooms share a separate bathroom with shower located in the hallway.



All bedrooms include hot/cold air conditioning available 24 hours a day, ensuring maximum comfort at any time of year.



The outdoor area is one of the property’s greatest highlights. It features a private swimming pool, tennis court, ping pong table, jacuzzi, mini golf and trampoline, offering entertainment for all ages. There is also a double Balinese bed and several sun loungers to relax in the sunshine while enjoying the natural surroundings.



From the kitchen, you can step out onto a pleasant terrace with a chill-out area and open mountain views. In the garden, you’ll also find a barbecue and an outdoor dining table with chairs—ideal for enjoying meals al fresco in a relaxed Mediterranean setting.



The location is perfect for guests looking for tranquillity without being far from local amenities. Pollença offers a wide selection of restaurants, cafés and traditional shops, as well as its well-known Sunday market. You can also visit Puerto de Pollença or Cala San Vicente, with their beaches and water activities. A car is necessary and recommended to explore the area comfortably.
