The main attraction of Cala Sant Vicente is to enjoy the tranquillity and visit the various beaches such as Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molin. The crystal-clear waters and rock formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving.In the old town of Pollença you will find numerous shopping opportunities and a variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market here every Sunday. The landmarks of the old town are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year. Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença. Puerto de Pollença, the harbour of Pollença, is located in the north of Mallorca and around 6 km from the old town. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. In contrast to other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles.
