The beaches in Los Boliches are known for their fine sand and excellent quality, lined with traditional beach restaurants where you can enjoy great food and refreshing drinks right by the sea.
The Space:
When you step into the apartment, you are welcomed by a bright, open-plan kitchen and living area finished to a high standard. The modern kitchen, located directly to the right upon entering, is fully equipped with a new fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The living room offers a cozy and stylish space with TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dining area for four guests. From here, you step out onto a lovely balcony with afternoon and evening sun — perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. A spiral staircase from the balcony leads up to the private roof terrace, where you can enjoy sunshine throughout the day, afternoon light, and beautiful views over the surrounding neighborhood.
The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms with double beds, as well as a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. For your convenience, the apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, and many additional comforts to make you feel at home.
The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.
To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please take out the trash before leaving. An additional cleaning fee of 29€ will apply if garbage bags are left in the apartment.
Please turn off the lights and AC before leaving.
Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless we’ve agreed on a different time. Leave both sets of keys in the apartment on the kitchen table.
Before you leave, please remember to log out of any streaming services you’ve used (Netflix, HBO, etc.).
