Fantastic 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Carvajal with big terrace and wonderful sea views. It is located in the popular resort “Don Juan” in Carvajal, Fuengirola. Furnished beautifully, spacious, with stunning views, great communal swimming pools and close to both the train station and the beach, this apartment is highly recommended. 




The apartment offers a big living room with 2 comfortable sofas, TV and a dining table and direct access to the large sunny terrace with dining table to seat 6, comfortable outdoor sofa and armchairs plus 2 sunloungers to relax and sunbathe. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils. There are 2 bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, one with a double bed and one with 2 individual beds. Further more 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and 1 with a bath tub. Fibre optic Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout. We provide with bedlinen, towels, iron and hairdryer.



This apartment is available for short holiday lets, with a safe terrace perfect for families, romantic holidays, honeymooners and golfers, but also ideal for long winter stays as it's a quiet and well looked after community. There are very nice communal swimming pools, including a kids pool and private parking in the underground garage.





The train station in Carvajal is just a couple of minutes walk away and from here you have direct trains for example to the airport, Málaga city and the center of Fuengirola. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away. Here you also have the 7 km long beach promenade where you can enjoy lovely walks and bike rides all year round and along which you have a number of good restaurants and cafés to choose from.

Before booking Sol Rentals were brilliant at confirming payments and answering any queries.We liked the quietness and the views from the apartment. The standard of the apartment, space and cleanliness was excellent. The location was great, we had no issue with the steep hills and stairs, if anything this improved my fitness! Not often we say this..but not a lot really! We knew where the location was so walking uphill was not a surprise for us.

Prachtig appartement, gezellig ingericht, heel de dag zon en een garage is ook luxe. Je moet wel een auto hebben, omdat je op een berg zit. Ook lekker dat er lekkere stoelen staan op het balkon Enige nadeel was de wasmachine Die danste van links naar rechts terwijl er maar weinig in zat. Maar voor de rest alles fantastisch, alles is ruim aanwezig. Voor volgend jaar weer geboekt.
