Welcome to our charming rustic villa in the peaceful residential area of Villa Granada, Fuengirola. Surrounded by palm trees and greenery, this cozy home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience on the Costa del Sol.



The villa features four bedrooms, a spacious living room with a large smart TV, a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen, and a private backyard oasis with a swimming pool, shaded dining area, comfortable outdoor furniture, and a built-in charcoal grill — perfect for long, memorable evenings.



You’ll enjoy modern comforts including WiFi, air conditioning in all rooms, private parking directly outside the house, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.



Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, you’re just a short drive from Fuengirola’s beautiful beaches, promenade, restaurants, shops, and train connections to Málaga Airport and nearby coastal towns.



The Space:

As you enter through the main gate from the street, you’re welcomed by a charming rustic villa framed by lush vines on the right and graceful palm trees on the left. Walking straight ahead, you step into a spacious entrance hall, where a staircase leads up to four comfortable bedrooms.



To the right of the hall, you’ll find a large and inviting living room — the perfect gathering space for the whole family to relax together in front of the big smart TV.



To the left, there is a bathroom and a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.



From the kitchen, you step out into the lovely backyard oasis. Here you’ll find a private pool, comfortable outdoor furniture, and a cozy shaded dining area tucked under the greenery — an ideal setting for long, memorable dinners. There’s also a built-in charcoal grill. If you’d like to experience the very best flavors Spain has to offer, just ask Frank for his favorite grilling recommendations!



Please note that the house is not newly built, and we believe it’s important to mention this when booking. However, it is well-maintained and fully equipped with modern comforts, including WiFi, air conditioning in all rooms, a private pool, private parking directly outside the house, a large smart TV, a dishwasher, and much more to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

The neighborhood is peaceful and family-friendly, offering a relaxed atmosphere while still being close to everything you need. Within a short drive, you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and local shops. The beautiful beaches of Fuengirola and the lively promenade are also easily accessible, perfect for sunny days by the sea or evening walks along the coast.



Villa Granada provides a comfortable balance between privacy and convenience — an ideal base for enjoying both relaxation and everything the Costa del Sol has to offer.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.

- Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability, and for a fee, please contact us for the details.

- We have pool towels available. Please inquire about our rates.

- You may need to collect the keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival. Final details will be provided the day before arrival, as this depends on the circumstances.

Turn off the lights and return the keys
Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless we’ve agreed on a different time. Before you leave, please remember to log out of any streaming services you’ve used (Netflix, HBO, etc.).
Kindly wash any used dishes. Please take out the trash before departure. If garbage bags are left in the apartment, an additional cleaning fee of €29 may apply.
Leave keys on the kitchen table and close the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
