Summary:
We welcome you to your new Parisian home, just a few steps from the famous Parc Monceau.

Located on the ground floor of a Haussmannian building, the apartment is composed of a large living room with huge windows giving the apartment a bright appearance, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

It is a quiet place benefiting from typical Parisian shops, ideal to walk with family or friends.

The Space:
The apartment has:

- Living room
- A dining area with a table and 8 comfortable chairs
- A bar and 3 chairs
- A fully equipped kitchen
- 2 bedrooms please see the details in the next section
- 1 bathroom with a shower (without a toilet)
- 1 separate toilet

The apartment is comfortable for 6 persons and a maximum of 8 persons.
-Bedroom 1 with a double mattress
-Bedroom 2 with two double mattresses
-Living room with convertible sofa bed for 2 people

The apartment is equipped with:
- 1 TV in the living room
- High speed Wifi
- Washing and drying machine, hair dryer
- Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle
- Refrigerator, an induction cooker, a microwave , pots and pans and other kitchen items
-A baby cot and/or a high chair on request only

For information, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Guest Access:
Attention special access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

To access at the apartment :

-You will need to collect the keys to the apartment in a hotel at 10 minutes from the apartment.
- On the day of your departure you must also return the keys of the apartment to the hotel
- The codes to collect and deposit the keys at the hotel will be communicated to you few before your arrival.
- If the process is not respected you will have to pay 170€ of damage
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen

-Attention very sensitive neighborhood - Please do not make any noise in the common areas

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the heart of the very chic district of Europe, you will have the opportunity to stay in a rich district of culture and art. During your Parisian escapades, you will be able to discover decorative art museums installed in majestic old mansions, among which are the Cernuschi, Jacquemart-André and Nissim-de-Camondo museums.

The apartment is located near the Parc Monceau, an elegant classical green space with water features and statues. The place is ideal for relaxing in the Parisian air with your children or with friends.

An emblematic district of Paris, let yourself be carried away by the Haussmannian spirit that houses the nearby embassies and luxury hotels.

Getting Around:
Around the apartment you will find :
Bus 84 : Ruysdaël - Parc Monceau (1 min by walk)
Subway 3 / 2 : Villiers (6 min by walk)
Subway 9 / 13 : Miromesnil ( 6 min by walk)

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure : until 11am

No breakfast on site
Cleaning at before checkin and after checkout only

Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots
If one of the above house rules is broken:
A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged.
The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment.
- If the keys of the apartment is lost, 170€ will be charged.

- A separate deposit of 4000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.

If only one of these rules is not respected:
- a penalty equal to the total amount of the deposit will be invoiced.
