This is a lovely fully equipped, South facing house situated in Labenne Ocean.
Fully renovated and refurbished in 2013.
The open plan kitchen living has South facing glass sliding doors, making the room very light and airy. With lovely views of the large terrace and garden.
You’ll see from the photos, the house was built with nothing but beautiful pine forest behind it.
You can walk to the, surf spots, beach, local shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.
We also rent surfboards to any guests that need them.

Feedback Holiday home in Labenne, host: Abi Chapman-Jameson

The property is strategically located (beach, shops, restaurants, etc.) and creates a snugly atmosphere. It is fully equipped and functional, house and terrace are ideal. The house offers everything you need. The host, Abi Chapman-Jameson, is extremely friendly and exceedingly reliable when it comes to any individual requests.We had a really nice stay and relaxing time in this property.

Lovely property in fantastic location

Abigail was an excellent host, helping out with a few unrelated issues and making sure we had everything for our stay. The outside space at the property is particularly good and an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with helpful items left for our stay. Thank you for a lovely visit.

Labenne Ocean in October

Enjoyed an excellent stay at Abi’s holiday home in Labenne Ocean. Perfectly located a few minutes walk from the beach, enjoying the fantastic warm weather in early October. Abi helped us hire cycles locally, and so we spent most days touring the areas along the beautiful Atlantic coast.

Exceptional outside space, close to the beach

We really enjoyed the variety of outside space at this property. There were shady spots to relax and eat, as well as areas in dappled light and full sunshine, all set in a pretty decked area, surrounded by mature trees offering great privacy. Inside, the property provided a comfortable living space and a very well-stocked kitchen. Within easy walking distance of the beach and amenities.

Fantastic house in a beautiful location

We loved our stay at this house. The huge deck was fabulous when the sun was shining, which was almost every day. We ate outside every night and our little boy loved running around in the garden. The house was great and the kitchen in particular was well equipped. The host, Abi, was very helpful as well. We will definitely be back one day!

Perfect place, location, all facilities in the house you needed. Welcome wine, crisps, beer and milk. Lovely hot water, clean towels and comfy bed. Great communication with Abi. Great place with the big, fenced garden and the beach only minutes (walk) away

The house is really nice, garden with enough sunny and shade spors. The garden is completely fenced, which was a big plus forour dog! The beach, forest and shops/restaurants are all within 5-10minutes walking distance. And last nut not least: what a fantastic host! We loved the bottles of wine and first day food supplies. Thank you Abi, we had a great week!

Great stay! Wonderful host!

Abi is an excellent, very kind and helpful host. The house is located close to the ocean, on a quiet street, in a beautiful garden. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped. In the garden there are two large tables and very comfortable lounge furniture. Abi welcomed us with wine, which was very nice. She gave us many valuable tips and even showed us her beautiful paintings. We had a very nice time in Labenne Ocean and at her house.I highly recommend this accommodation!

Wonderful accommodation which was perfect for our needs. Abi is a very friendly and attentive host who wanted to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and also goes the extra yard with welcome gifts and specific info even though she had already thought of all we may need in the information book. We would have loved to have stayed longer to make more use of all the accommodation has to offer. The area is very calm but just a few minutes stroll to the bustling centre of Labenne Ocean and the beach. The outdoor furniture is lovely and plentiful, all set in different areas of the garden to take best advantage of the sun's position through the day. Although we didn't have time to use it there is a very good Weber BBQ for your convenience and a fair few games for all ages along with books and the best equipped kitchen I've seen in a rental. Even a coffee machine with pods supplied. There is a TV with English and French channels although we were too busy to watch anything but we did use the speakers via bluetooth to our phones which was very appreciated and a great sound.We really can't find fault with anything especially since Abi supply's linen and towels whereas quite a lot of others don't. If we find ourselves visiting this region again we shall definitely look to see if Abi's is available.Thank you Abi.

Nah an Wald und Meer

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus rundum wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr gemütlich. Terrasse mit vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Vollständig umzäunt und nicht einsehbar. Ein Weg am Haus führt in den wunderschönen Wald. Und das Meer ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Abi ist immer erreichbar und eine tolle Gastgeberin.

Vacaciones con perro

La estancia ha sido magnífica. Buscábamos paz, naturaleza, y huir de las zonas masificadas. La casa es para disfrutar y casi no quieres ni salir de ella. El bosque para pasear hasta llegar al mar perdiéndose por los senderos fue una gozada. En la zona de los campings hay de todo para comer fuera, tomar una cerveza o ir al spa. (muy recomendable) Y los pueblecitos de alrededor, con el mar y el agua como hilo conductor geniales para pasear sin estrés. Mil gracias!

Schönes Haus für einen tollen Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem netten und super gelegenen Haus. Abi hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, alles erklärt und war immer da, falls es Fragen gab. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, ruhig und hat einen tollen Aussenbereich, welcher eingezäunt ist. Passt super wenn man mit Hund verreist. Das Haus hat alles was es für einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Durch die Nähe zum sagenhaften Strand und den Geschäften kann man auch gerne auf das Auto verzichten. Die grösseren Geschäfte und interessanten Städte sind nicht weit entfernt und gut zu erreichen. Für einen erholsamen Urlaub und zum geniessen der schönen Natur ist dieses Haus super geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bonne situation pour la visite du pays Basque

Très bon emplacement très au calme pour faire de bonnes grasses matinées !! un bel espace jardin pour profiter de l'extérieur avec 2 coins repas à choisir selon le soleil ou pas. Un bon volume intérieur, chaleureux et une cuisine bien équipée si l'on souhaite cuisiner. Abi est absolument charmante et très disponible même en cours de séjour si besoin. Nous avons donc été très satisfaits.

Wunderbarer Urlaub!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit! Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet, sauber und hat die perfekte Lage. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass man auch wunderbar mal einen Regentag gemütlich zu fünft drinnen verbringen kann. Der große Garten mit Terasse bietet viele verschiedene Sitz- und Liegeplätze zu allen Tageszeiten im Schatten oder in der Sonne. Abigail, die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Danke Abigail. Du bist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Unbeschwerte Urlaubszeit

Wir haben die Zeit in Labenne sehr genossen! Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war immer klar und sehr herzlich. Man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer und findet einen traumhaften Strand vor. In der Nähe kann man sehr schöne Städte besuchen (Bayonne!). Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, auf der Terrasse finden sich mehrere Sitzgarnituren für jeden Anlass und jeden Sonnenstand. Der Garten ist vollständig umzäunt, was für uns mit Hund ideal war.

Schöne Ferien am Meer

Wir hatten mit unseren Teenager-Kindern eine sehr schöne Zeit in Labenne-Océan. Die Lage des Hauses am Rand des Dorfes mit einem Fußweg von fünf Minuten in die Dünen war perfekt für uns. Das riesige Grundstück mit den verschiedenen Sitz-Möglichkeiten auf der Terrasse ist schön umrahmt von Bäumen und von der Straße aus nicht einsehbar. Das Haus selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht und gemütlich eingerichtet. Abi ist eine aufmerksame und sehr sympathische Gastgeberin - vielen Dank!

Schönes Sommerhaus nah am Strand

Das Haus ist klein, aber gut ausgestattet und alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Der Platz und die Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen sind ein Traum, da man mehrere Optionen zum Essen, chillen und entspannen hat. Der Weg zum Strand dauert zu Fuß ca. 10 min. Wir wurden sehr nett von Abi begrüßt und bei Rückfragen sehr hilfsbereit betreut. Das Haus ist für den Sommer rundherum zu empfehlen.
