This south facing villa is a beautiful example of modern architecture and has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 8 persons. This villa is deal for groups, families & couples who want a stylish and relaxed base from where to enjoy the island. The villa has a large open plan living area which is extremely spacious with sofas and high ceilings with a wooden & steel open staircase leading to the mezzanine level with office facilities and large bookcase. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite on the 1st floor has a dressing room and open wardrobes, a large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower & bath and direct access to a balcony that overlooks the pool & garden. There is also a twin bedroom with balcony on the 1st floor. The ground floor has a further double bedroom and bathroom and leads to a large, light and airy modern kitchen/dining area and the TV room with 60 inch LED smart TV with SKY TV freeview, Netflix & Prime Video. Through the TV room there are a further 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom, this area is attached to the main house bust also has a separate entrance which is ideal for privacy. This property is stylishly designed with a mixture of wooden and microcement floors and air conditioning throughout and is tastefully decorated in a modern European/Asian style. There is a stone BBQ on the well-kept grassed gardens and the pool terrace is spacious with sun-beds and large day-bed. There is also a large table that is ideal for al-fresco dining. The villa is deep cleaned by our expert team with specialist cleaning products before arrival/after departure and offers a safe & secure base to which explore this beautiful island.

We had an unforgettable experience staying at this stunning villa on Ibiza. The location was perfect and the villa itself was spacious, modern and clean. The pool area was perfect for relax. Beautiful spacious villa

We had a lovely stay with our large group of family and friends of our teen children. Rooms were lovely, bathrooms fabulous and living areas spacious and perfect for our large group. Martin very welcoming on arrival and the location of the property was convenient for our kids to go into San Antoni, as well as easy to get to beaches etc with hire car. Nice parking area and secure site with gorgeous pool area. We had a great stay.

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful villa! Especially the swimming pool was perfect. The house was very spacious and clean. The airconditioning in all bedrooms and kitchen was highly appreciated on the hot days. The owner was also very responsive to any requests.

Absolutely brilliant. This villa is absolutely stunning and in a great location. The villa has everything you could want or need, aircon in the rooms, a well appointed kitchen with all you need to prepare meals and a great pool.We stayed as two families with small children who loved playing in the pool and large garden. Martin the host was very helpful on arrival and we felt very well looked after. Can't recommend it enough.

The villa itself is very lovely and spacious. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern.Inside the villa does need a little TLC and home comforts are tired and need replacing. The outdoor area is comfortable and the pool is lovely however again the outdoor furniture is tired and the master suit balcony did not have any outdoor furniture to enjoy.The villa owner was very quick to respond to us and sort some immediate issues out which was positive and these were rectified with no problem. We were also given an extended departure time which was a real benefit to us and the family. Overall the Villa is a stunning property and location was very quiet and peaceful. And we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic stay!

Martin was a fantastic host, the listing was accurate and property clean and spacious. We had a great time which was largely down to the ease of the location of the Villa and Martin’s flexibility/willingness to help throughout covid and during our weeks stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Great property and great location

A very comfortable villa, just a short drive into San Antonio. Very secure and quiet but walkable to shops or bars as needed. Lovely pool, garden and terrace! Would definitely book again.

We really liked the villa. We were a group of friends and with the pool area, the grass area, the barbecue and the large kitchen it was perfect for us. A small supermarket is in walking distance.

Great Villa

Lovely Villa , Great communication from Martyn through booking , arrival etc. location good quiet but 2 minutes from a small supermarket. Would definitely stay again. My daughter left some personal belongings in the villa and Martyn was a lifesaver who is sending them to the Uk for us!

Fabulous Villa!

Stylish, modern, spacious villa in a quiet residential area but only a short distance from lots of bars and restaurants and easy, short driving distance to some good beaches. Lovely garden, pool area and BBQ. Spotlessly clean, gorgeous bathrooms, 1st class facilities. Great host!

The perfect Ibiza Villa?

Location is spot on being just a 5 min cab ride into San An, little supermarket well stocked just 5mins walk also. Villa is beautiful with plenty of space and everything in clean working order. Honestly could not have asked for more in our weeks stay in Ibiza. Thank you Martin for being a great host too!

Lovely villa

We all had a fabulous stay. The villa is beautiful and has loads of space. The pool and garden area was amazing, plenty of space and beds etc. The villa is situated in a quiet cul de sac and not looked over. Shop at the end of the road came in handy. Loads of parking and very secure. Would definitely recommend staying there. Thanks Martin for a fabulous stay

Amazing villa and great host

What a great find - we had a fantastic week in this villa. Martin was an excellent host, great communication before we came and so responsive for any questions we had both before we came and after we arrived. There is a little supermarket just at the end of the road which has everything you need and a cash machine! Easy location to get cabs to and from - I recommend saying to cab drivers it is near Sa Soca restaurant which is an eclectic little family run restaurant a 10 min walk away. You can walk easily to San Antonio in around 25 mins but can usually hail a cab on the way if you need to. Lovely comfy beds, great showers and the master suite is truly beautiful. Thankyou Martin for an amazing stay!

Gorgeous villa and amazing location !

Amazing villa and great location., I stayed at the villa for 6 nights with 2 friends and 2 2 year old children. It was the perfect villa. Very spacious and great for kids and location ideal for nearby beaches, beach side restaurants and beach clubs. Also local shop and supermarkets close by. Martin was really helpful and answered all of our queries... I would also really recommend using their airport transfer service, really reliable and Darren was great!

Really comfortable stay. We managed it without a car, although like everyone knows taxis are an issue. The property was ideal on all accounts everything was clean and fresh, with the cleaning services in house and for the pool very friendly. The property manager was very responsive when required. The property was enjoyed by all 7 of us and the space was more than ample. We’re all happy!

The Perfect Villa!

We loved the villa. It's very stylish, spacious, a good layout and extremely well equipped. Big bedrooms with air con. and plenty of modern bathrooms. The pool is a good size and a pleasant temperature! Big outdoor space, beautiful garden with BBQ. Wifi good and plenty of TV options should you wish to watch it. Handy little general shop at the end of the road and a shortish walk into town. Martin is a great host, easy to contact, friendly and helpful. We loved it here, would highly recommend it and would love to stay again.

Very good!

We had a great stay at Can Sega. It is a big villa with more than enough space for our group (8 girls). Many bathrooms (4) what is very importent for girls ;-). The villa had everything we need: good possibility to cook, space to relax, swimmingpool, large garden and enough beds at the pool. Martin, the host, gave us a warm welcome. Check in was really fast en earlier because the villa was already cleaned. The communication with Martin was very good. It was easy to contact him and the response was fast. We would recommended this villa!

50th & 21st birthday holiday celebrations

Thank you Martin !!! Everything was brilliant, from the directions to communication, especially mine 🤣🤣 We had a fabulous family holiday, Jack had the best time, for a person with no sight and no speech he soon got used to his wonderful surroundings, perfect for him x Your villa is well equipped with everything we needed, including little things like great pool Towels and some cleaning products and tea & coffee on arrival. A very useful guide , everything you need to know, including restaurants !! Martin is always quick to respond to any queries you have, thank you again for helping us have a wonderful holiday, we will be back Helen, Daren, Jack, molly & Megan x

Fabulous villa near San Antonio

I booked this villa because my son was getting married close by. Its a fabulous place, very spacious and was perfect for our family including 1 infant of 11 months. The icing on the cake with it was a basketball hoop in the drive and British Sky TV including sports channels! ( My kids are a sporty bunch) There is air conditioning in the bedrooms (as well as the main living area) which are all a reasonable size with plenty of wardrobe space. Plenty of room on the drive to park the car we hired in the shade away from the hoop. Its only a 20 min walk into the centre of San Antonio but far enough away to be nice and quiet. There is a local supermarket close by with a cheaper place a 5 minute drive away. We had a couple of problems while we were there but a quick phone call or text to Martin and he had it sorted straight away. Would recommend it to family and friends.

Booked this villa for joint 50th celebration. We had a really lovely time as the villa is beautiful, clean, modern & comfortable. The pool was more than adequate for our needs. The villa itself is well equipt with furniture & kitchen paraphernalia (knives need sharpened). A grill pan grid would be helpful and a couple more teatowels but I'm bring picky. The electricity was temperamental & a fuse blew 3 times requiring us to call the host who dealt with it reasonably quickly. Wifi non existent up stairs but was better after the 3rd fusebox fix. The beds/bedrooms were really comfortable with nice matresses & pillows. I had the biggest room upstairs with the dressingroom area and beautiful bathroom. It was so nice and luxurious. The rooms upstairs lead to the outdoor mezzenine over looking the garden. Unfortunately the loungers up there were ripped and not really fit for purpose. Be careful of the low step which is a bit of a trip hazzard. Towels were provided for showering a pool use. Air con in all but 1 bedroom. Huge tv that we didn't use. This is a beautiful villa which was great value between just 5 of us. We all had a bedroom each which is why we booked it. Villa is 20minute walk to town but road from the villa is busy and the traffic very fast with no pavements so is not a pleasant walk for the first 5 mins. But, because of the distance from town it is quiet which suited us perfectly. The taxis were 7-9 euros in to town. Shop across the road was handy but dear.
