Die Villa ist super schön und der Pool ist ein Traum. Die Villa ist sehr zentral am Playa den Bossa gelegen. Zum Strand sind es ca. 5 Minuten und zur Partymeile und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war top.

Nette villa, superschoon, geweldig zwembad en ligbedden, centraal gelegen dichtbij strand, winkels en clubs (maar toch vrij rustig), airco vrij lastig in te stellen (slaat af na een uur) en zwembadverlichting gaat helaas na 10 minuten alweer uit. Al met al een hele fijne vakantie gehad!

Beautiful & well located villa

I’ve stayed in this villa on two separate occasions as it is nice to be so centrally located but also have the calm provided by the villa. The outside area is particularly pleasant to either sit by the pool, or enjoy dinner / drinks under the terrace. Communication with the host was always easy and straightforwards. I hope to make it back to stay here again at some point!

Echt een super bungalow en zwembad.Helemaal compleet en schoon. Erg fijn. Het enige wat we gemist hebben, is een extra set handdoeken.De hele week met 1 handdoek voor na het douchen is wel weinig.

Fabulous villa close to Ibiza Town. A perfect oasis.

Lovely week spent in this villa which is close to amenities yet tucked away. Couldn’t fault the villa or the owner, who was very helpful when needed. We had a fabulous time and would stay there again.

Accommodation was great for our stay. Has everything you need and in walking distance from restaurants and the old town. Although close to some nightclubs the villa is quiet Parking is possible outside the villa free of charge

Great Villa…..Perfect Location

We have been coming to Ibiza for over 20 years and this time around we stayed at this lovely villa with our best friends 😊 We thought the location was perfect, close enough to walk into Playa d’en Bossa but far enough out that the noise etc does not impact your stay. The pool is wonderful and not too cold, the villa itself was perfect for us and what we needed. Great communication and assistance also before and during our stay. Amazing memories made and would definitely stay here again 👍 Thank you

Great villa, beautiful pool area, well equipped, friendly owners, quiet, walking distance to beach, restaurants, nightlife & Ibiza Town boat, plenty of parking. Quick access to the main roads so everywhere on the island is less than 45 minutes drive away.

Great location for families with young adults.

The villa is perfect for a family of 6 with young adults who go to clubs. Short distance to most of the clubs, which is great since the clubbers come back between 5 and 7 am…, ibiza old town is 10 mins away driving and the beach is a block away but the nicer part starts at about 15 mins walk away. We really liked the Playa Soleil beach club. We really enjoyed staying at Pablo’s villa.

Kept that “walk through the door smile” all week

Wondering place to explore Ibiza. Water taxi to Ibiza town a 5 min walk away. Pool was so refreshing. Nights were quiet. The clubs east to get to. Lots of space and excellent sleeping for 6 adults.

Great house in a great location

We very much enjoyed our stay at the house. It is tastefully furnished and the kitchen is well equipped to fully meet our needs. The inside space is large and the outside garden is perfectly landscaped with beautiful plants making it and the pool very private. We liked spending time on the terrace dining and lounge areas. The house was in a great location for us; walking distance to shops, the boat into the city centre and a taxi rank. Although close to the centre of Playa d'en Bossa the house is very tranquil. We would definitely stay here again if our group size is 5/6.

Fantastically equipped villa in a great location with a superb host

Our stay at Pablo's villa in Ibiza was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculate condition and cleanliness of the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. The villa itself is spacious and well-maintained, providing all the comforts and amenities one could need. The highlight for us was definitely the pool. It was a great size, perfect for lounging, swimming, and enjoying the beautiful Ibiza weather. Pablo, our host, was excellent. He was attentive, responsive, and went out of his way to ensure our stay was perfect. The location of the villa is ideal. It's just a few minutes walk to the sea, which made our beach outings incredibly convenient. Additionally, the surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the island. I would highly recommend Pablo's villa to anyone planning a visit to Ibiza. It is perfect for groups of 5-6 people, offering ample space and a wonderful atmosphere.

Nice Finca, perfect located

Nice Finca, a oasis of silence in the middle of Playa d'en Bossa. Very close to many party locations like Ushuaia, Hi, Beach House and many more. We traveled as a family, the kids enjoyed the pool and we cold go clubbing. You can hear the planes but it’s not disturbing. From the party you get nothing, it is not visible from the outside and behind the first line of pubs. Perfect location to combine relaxing and party. The finca is in typical Ibiza style a good equipped kitchen and three sleeping rooms, one with private bath. The pool is grate enough to have fun. All over perfect if you like to stay close to Ibiza town and don’t like to stay in a hotel. We enjoyed it vary much. The villa looks exactly like what you see in the photos.

Lovely Villa, great outdoor space, good location, helpful owners

A group of 3 couples in our 40's. Villa outside space is great! lovely well kept and colourful scrubs / trees. 6 comfy sun loungers, big outside dining table, plus outside seating area. Location is about 5 minutes walk to grocery shops (we took suitcase on wheels and filled it up with water & wine), 7 minutes walk to beach, 7-10 mins to water taxi's to Ibiza Town, 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of Bosa, and 15 minutes walk to Ushuaia. Taxi to Ibiza town about 12 euros / taxi to airport was 15 euros Inside has all the facilities you would expect. Wireless is ok for browsing, but not for streaming content. The TV in the lounge is in Spanish (for Fifa football we watched the muted TV, but streamed audio from UK via our speaker) Had some issues with electrics tripping, but Pedro fixed this quickly when I informed him. Pool was cleaned once during the week, no other cleaners provided during the stay, but we cleaned the towels in washing machine & Villa is easy to keep clean yourself. Enjoyed our stay and we would recommended.
