About this property
Entire 3 bedroom house 5 minute walk to the Caerphilly station
17 Railway Terrace runs along the railway line and is just a 5 minute walk to the Caerphilly station entrance and a 15 minutes journey by train into Cardiff. It is a 25 minute drive to Cardiff making it suitable for events at the Principality Stadium. It has mountain views and is close to family-friendly activities. It is ideal for couples, families or business travellers. It is a 10 minute walk to the Historic Caerphilly Castle and close to golf courses, cycle trails, country walks, restaurants, shops and pubs.
17 Railway Terrace is a mid-terraced 3 bedroom house; 10 minute walk from the historic Caerphilly Castle and 20 minute drive to the centre of Cardiff. It sleeps 5-6 people with 3 bedrooms; 2 double and 1 single bedroom. It has mountain and valley views with free on street parking. It is situated in a quiet residential area. There is potential noise from the trains which run to Cardiff every 30 minutes, however this is minimised by the double glazing. Guests travelling with babies and toddlers, please note that the stairs do not have safety gates. In addition, there are no safety bars on the windows for the safety of small children.

The sitting room has a laminate floor with a small round woollen rug. There is a leather suit: 1 sofa and 2 chairs. There is an electric fire. The controls for the house central heating are found on top of the mantle piece. You can put the heating on by increasing the temperature. There is a Sony TV on the cupboard above the gas metre. Please feel free to move the sofa and chairs or bring the single guest bed to the living room to suit your group.

The kitchen has a dish washer, washing machine and fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven. All instructions can be found in the kitchen draw.
There is a microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, set of knives and china & cutlery for 6 people. There is coffee, tea, milk, sugar and biscuits to start you off. There are two bin provided in the kitchen. The green bin in the cupboard under the sink is for food waste and the peddle bin for recycling. For guests staying 7 days or more please note refuse collection days. There is a green food bin outside the back door should be filled and put on the pavement in front of the house on Sunday night for collection EVERY Monday. About the host
Hosted by Anne Giwa-Amu

I am trained in hotel management and pride myself on offering a high standard of service to my guests.
Why they chose this property
I bought this property as a home due to the ideal location close to Caerphilly town centre but far enough away to be a quiet location to live. The property offers quick access to the various walks in the local area especially to the farm and woodland behind the house. As a tourist town, Caerphilly offers a variety of restaurants and pubs with a small shopping centre, all walking distance to the house.
What makes this property unique
I fell in love with my home due to the easy access to offers via train to central Cardiff with all the attractions the city has to offer.
