Both bedrooms have TV's and ceiling fans. There are two bathrooms both with showers. Upstairs bathroom has double sinks extended shower and bench.**The contemporary open large living room has a 4k Smart TV and a queen sofa sleeper**We include free cable, high speed internet & designated parking**Modern kitchen with sitting bar, stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, glassware, and a coffee bar, coffee and creamers**Separate dining area with a table that seats six**

Mission Beach

Great place to stay. It is super close to the beach and within easy walking distance of Belmont Park. The condo had lots of beach towels and toys handy. It was a home away from home, great for a stay with kids.

Good spot for beach access

This is a very active little strip of land between the bay and the ocean with a LOT of homes packed onto it, and one main road up and down the strip. There are pros and cons to staying in this area. Pros--super close to the beach (2 min walk, maybe 5 with little kids and a lot of gear in tow). Coffee shops and a few eateries less than a one-minute walk away from the front door. Cons--it was loud at night for me (not just on New Years with fireworks that shook the house, that is to be expected!) with activity outside and planes flying overhead.The house itself is well-appointed and comfortable! The front door almost looks like a back door--the front door doesn't face the street, rather the walkway between other multiplexes, and it's behind a gated patio. Very glad parking was included, although getting our minivan in and out of the tight spot took some maneuvering. My main disappointment was that there is no washer/dryer. Traveling with kids and being near the beach makes having a washer almost a necessity. My fault for not specifically looking at the listing to clarify that. It's one of the big reasons we like to stay in rentals vs hotels.

Fantastic stay

I’m writing this review a little late because life got busy but have to give the owners credit. We visit Mission Beach a couple times a year for the last 20 years and have stayed in numerous vacation rentals. This house is definitely on the top. Can’t say enough good things. I would consider myself a clean freak and this stay met my high standards. Very close to the beach, places to eat and coffee. Parking for our big SUV which is always a challenge when visiting. We highly recommend.and would love to book again next visit.

Summer Fun!

This home is absolutely lovely and provides the perfect "beach vibe"! It is well appointed with all you need for a day of fun in the sun, BBQ'ing and dining alfresco on the patio with family and friends. Great location with short walk to the sand, restaurants, and neighborhood market. It's a short drive to Mission Bay where you can rent Duffy boats for an afternoon cocktail cruise and soak up the sunshine. We live in the desert and were looking for an escape from the summer heat and a fun location to spend time with friends. Fran's home fit the bill in every manner.

Lovely Place

A nicely decorated and comfortable rental. Extra beach amenities which was greatly appreciated. The master bedroom mattress is soft which my husband enjoyed. The neighbors were friendly and fun and the location is perfect walking distance to everything you may need.

Better than advertised

If I could give this place 6 stars I would! Location was AMAZING. Literally 60ish yards from the beach and a little more to the bay. A lot of listing say walking distance and it isnt true, this place is 100% true. Beach during the day or 2 minute walk to the Bay at night to see the Sea World fireworks So awesome. Tons of food options within walking distance. Two markets with really friendly people. Walk down the beach walkway for less than 1/2 a mile and you will be at the Bellmont area with games and attractions like a carnival. Also, tons of food and entertainment. One note, the property does not have A/C. It got a little warm during the day even with all the doors open and multiple fans running. It wasn't unbearable but just something to keep in mind. The property was so well decorated and updated. IT had the exact beach vibe we were looking for. Nice balcony off the master bed room. Fun deck on the front. Really nice, well stocked kitchen. Beds were nice. Smart TV's in every room. I cannot say enough good things about this property. It would honestly be hard to stay anywhere else now.

Amazing location

We stayed at this house for 4 days/3 nights, it was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, it was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with necessities such as tupperware, foil etc. It was steps from the beach, it took us about 2 minutes to walk down the pathway to the sand. The house had a closet stocked with beach accessories from coolers to boogie boards and outside they had a bin full of sand toys which was perfect for our family. It is close to the main area of Mission Beach where you can walk to restaurants if you would like. There is a great coffee shop just next door and the Mexican food place across the street was great! We will be returning to this house on our next visit to San Diego.

Perfect getaway

The condo was just what we hoped it would be! Super clean and cute, with extra personal touches (coffee, creamer, hair dryer, lots of blankets, etc). Loved having a dedicated parking spot as well. The location was great, as it was easy to walk on and off of the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

5 Star Experience

I recently visited with my wife and two kids (6 and 3), it worked out great for us! The house is clean, beds are comfy. First time visiting SD, I felt the location was perfect. Few blocks off the beach, a short walk to belmont park and plenty of other food and entertainment options. The Zoo, Seaworld and old town San Diego are all close by as well!

Great Vacation House

Everything was great! The house included plenty of beach necessities such as chairs, bags, towels and toys for kids. Kitchen was fully stocked. It had every knife,bowl, pan, pot that I needed. Plenty of bath towels for everyone in our house. I would have liked an empty cabinet to put our groceries in. 1minute walk to beach. Supermarket and liquor store right at your back door. Would definitely stay at this place again

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Fran and Bill were very responsive and accommodating! The house was perfect for us. The only thing I would suggest is replacing the carpet as it takes away from the feel of how great the home actually is. Maybe have some travel soap and shampoo for guests but otherwise we LOVED how comfortable we felt! We’d definitely stay here again! Totally will recommend this place to friends and family! We have always enjoyed being at the ocean and fell in love with Mission Beach. After many years of owning here we still love our vacation home and are always excited for time here at the beach! We couldn't have picked a better home and location! It is a wonderful beach community, so charming and lively. The weather is amazing, and we love the beautiful sandy beach and miles of boardwalk where we have enjoyed walking, and riding bikes. The sunsets are stunning! We love that we are so close to so many great San Diego attractions and always seem to find new places to explore. We never run out of things to do there. When our 3 boys were younger, they always enjoyed our Beach Home and coming here for our family trips. They still enjoy it as much now that they are grown. We have many great memories, and still looking forward to many more. Nothing makes us happier than being able to share our home with so many great guests throughout the years, hearing their great stories of their time here and building memories with their family and friends, enjoying our home as much as we do.
