This is a brand new (2021) and modern facility, has a swimming pool for guests only, had 3 free parking spaces, only 250 m from the beach. All windows have electric shutters, mosquito nets and each room has a separate air conditioner. The facility offers a beautiful view of the entire bay. You have a beautiful roof terrace of 70 m2 just for you and your friends. You can use the grill for free and you can use the grill equipment, sun umbrellas, outdoor shower and all the equipment around the pool for free. The exterior and parking are under video surveillance and you can feel safe. The front door is anti-burglary and fireproof and you and your property are safe.
