Lovely home with 3 bedrooms and private pool.

This was a perfect home for our holiday in Okrug Gornji with our adult son and daughter. Found some nice local beaches with bars and restaurants around the corner. A 15 minute walk to the main beach with many good quality restaurants, plenty of space on the beach in June and lots to do. Well equipped and clean with lots of space.

Good location and nice pool

We stayed as a family of 6 persons, we thougt the house was nice and clear. 3 toilets were perfect for us. We liked the pool & the rock beach close to the house. We liked the block area and there was also a little shop nearby open to 10 pm. The air condition was very good. Some small issues with the freezer and when running the dishwasher the power broke down. The wifi was very bad. We liked the little restaurant by the beach, Mares and the restaurant Konoba Okruk close to the house(cash only).

Im großen und ganzen war alles ok, aber unter einer luxuriösen Villa für fast 3000€ die Woche stelle ich mir was anderes vor. Das Appartment macht einen abgewohnten Ei druck mit diversen Mängeln.

Wer Erholung sucht ist hier richtig!

Wir waren 7 Personen, 4 Erwachsene + 3 Kinder von 4-9 Jahren und haben in dem Ferienhaus fast zwei Wochen verbracht. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer, Küche und eine kleines Gäste-WC. Über die Treppe gelangt man zu drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern, eines mit Dusche, eines mit Badewanne. Alle Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Wir konnten uns mit allen Fragen an ihn wenden und wurden bei der Anreise schon freundlich in Empfang genommen. Der Pool ist Gold wert mit Kindern. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass die Ferienwohnungen um uns herum immer neidisch waren, dass wir unseren Pool nicht teilen mussten :-) Direkt nebenan gibt es eine Sportsbar, die wohl auch Essen anbietet, haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt. Wir empfehlen das Restaurant Dalmacija, ca 5 Minuten fußläufig und die Kaktus Bar, ca 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß, wer leckere Cocktails am Meer trinken will :-) Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: die Küche ist super ausgestattet, von Kaffeemaschine, über Toaster, bis zur Mikrowelle, nur ein Gemüsemesser hat uns gefehlt.

Erholsamer Urlaub mit spitzen Gastgeber

Tolle Unterkunft in fußläufiger Umgebung. Badespaß für Groß und Klein garantiert. Die fußläufigen Strände sind eher ohne Schattenplatz, daher sind Fahrräder oder ein Auto von Vorteil. Der Vermieter ist äußerst zuvorkommend, Kleinigkeiten wurden nach Info sofort repariert. In rund 200 Metern gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und in 5 Minuten Gehzeit Obst- und Gemüsestände. Die Stadt Trogir ist einfach mit der Boatline zu erreichen. War ein toller und erholsamer Urlaub

Empfehlenswert und gemütlich mit schönem Pool und Außenbereich

Der Vermieter ist super nett. Allerdings sind am Anfang des Aufenthalts einige Dinge negativ aufgefallen wie z.B. kaputte Waschmaschine, kaputtes Licht auf der Terrasse, Pool Beleuchtung funktioniert nicht, Klima in einem der Zimmer, Grilltisch auf dem Bild fehlt, verstopfter Abfluss, Pool-Pumpen-Störung, und einige Kleinigkeiten. Dennoch muss man sagen, dass jeden Tag irgendetwas vom oben beschriebenen repariert oder zumindest versucht wurde zu reparieren. Die Waschmaschine wurde dann in der 2. urlaubwoche ersetzt und eine neue eingebaut. Das Licht auf der Terrasse repariert. Es wird wirklich darauf geschaut, dass die Gàste sich wohlfühlen und das haben wir sehr. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat allerdings keinen Kleiderschrank. Ansonsten war Frederic immer erreichbar und hat jeden kleinsten Mangel umgehend versucht zu beheben. Wir waren sehr happy in dem Haus und der Pool fehlt uns schon jetzt sehr.

Great House but several issues

The House is great and the Location is Good. But we had several issues which was communicated to the lessor/agency in the first days. All the issues wasn’t fixed within in the two weeks. The main issue was that the air condition in the master bedroom wasn’t working. A technician was coming in the second week after we send the lessor a company which is able to come. But the air condition couldn’t repaired. The other issues are - no garden table (for 6 people) - the door of the fridge freezer not closing correctly - one shower head holder broken - the oven makes sometimes crazy noises - irrigation system not working If all the issues are fixed or would be fixed within a few days, I would gave 5 Stars.
