Welcome to beautiful Croatia!
Apartments - Penthouse - Villa Tanja, suitable for families with children and small groups up to 10 people.
Apartments Villa Tanja is located in Okrug Gornji on the island of Ciovo, close to the sea, in a quiet location, less than five minutes walk to the beach. The beach is 2 km long. and stretches around the entire bay.
Villa Tanja offers its guests a private pool in front of the house and spa Whirlpool.
The eastern part of the courtyard of Villa Tanja is decorated and equipped with amenities only for guests, including a large indoor barbecue with seating for 10 people,
Villa Tanja in the content of the house offers two apartments, Apartment Petra and Karla, for a total of 10 people.
Luxury Penthouse Karla (4 +1) - located on the 1st floor, 100 m2, occupies the entire floor, has two spacious terraces, overlooking the sea and the surrounding area.
Luxury Penthouse Petra (4 +1) - located on the 2nd floor, 100 m2, occupies the entire 2nd floor, has three spacious terraces, overlooking the sea and the surrounding area.
Each apartment has two bedrooms, family bathrooms, kitchens, dining rooms and living rooms. The apartments are modernly decorated and equipped with all amenities. You have at your disposal a total of 4th bedrooms, two family bathrooms, two living rooms and two dining rooms, as well as two kitchens.
All windows and doors have blinds to protect against light and mosquito nets. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
Apartments Karla and PETRA, equipped with a washing machine, kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, necessary equipment, and small household appliances, as well as dishes for quality cooking and food storage, air conditioning in each room, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, SMART TV, safe, etc...
Villa Tanja has its own parking for its guests.
On the beach there is a large number of bars and restaurants, markets, sun loungers, showers and more.
In the peak season, car traffic has increased, alternatively you can use regular lines of small local boats, to go to Trogir, which is located at 4. km and Split 35 km.
Our favorites for your nice and pleasant holiday is, at a short distance clear blue sea and beach.
We especially highlight a part of the space, arranged only for guests; private pool, SPA Whirlpool, and a large indoor grill with seating area, designed and equipped for rest, recreation for serving food and socializing up to 10 people.

Villa Tanja is the best!

The host was incredibly friendly and forthcoming, the house was very clean and comfy, although some spaces were a bit tight. The location was great with just a short walk to the beach and your very own pool and jacuzzi in the back. 5 out of 5 stars.

We had wonderful time!

We booked the whole property for 9 nights in August. Property has 2 fully equipped and very comfortable apartments, both apartments have number of balconies you can enjoy throughout the day. For our family, the best part of the property was the pool and BBQ area, all you can possibly wish for in a sea side accommodation! Property is located just couple of minutes walk from the sea and very close to many lovely local restaurants. Overall we had wonderful stay, thank you Tanja for making us so welcome!

Fabulous Holiday

Tanja was the most kind wonderful host you could wish for. The property was absolutely spotless and really well cared for. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. We had a really nice holiday, it was our 1st time in Croatia but will certainly not be our last. Unterkunft war sauber und Check in und out liefen problemlos. Da die Vermieterin mit in dem Haus lebt, ist es ab und an etwas schwierig mit ausreichend Privatsphäre.

Fantastic stay

All communication with the owner before we went was excellant and , she provided all info need for our trip. The villa was amazing and perfect for waht we needed it for , just maybe needs mentioned that the owner has a apartment underneath with she occupied for a few days while we were there. This didn't stop is doing anything just made is wary. The villa is a 15 minute walk from all the bars and resteraunts with a lovely walk along by the water to get there was just about right , any further wouldn't of helped. As a previous post has said we had an altercation with a owner of the opposite villas , as he entered our property with our being asked , after an argument everything settled down and was OK. All in all we had an amazing time. Its such a beautiful place and would book again!!

We were 8 to stay at Villa Tanja and we had a very good time. Everything was clean, it was ideally located next to the beach and the pool was great. The 3 appartments were great and big enough for all of us. We all loved our stay and will come again if we come back to Croatia!

Annonce mensongère

Nous avons choisi cette villa car il était noté dans l'annonce "événement autorisé" et à notre grande surprise, la gérante nous a immédiatement mis en garde sur le bruit à éviter à partir de 22h même un samedi soir ! Au-delà de ne pas faire de bruit, silence exigé à partir de 22h !! Nous qui voulions nous retrouver entre amis et mettre de la musique, nous avons vite déchanté ! En effet, nous avons été agressé verbalement par un voisin qui s'est introduit dans la propriété (extérieur) nous menaçant d'appeler la police ! Autant vous dire que nous n'avions même plus envie de passer du temps dans cette villa. De plus, l'appartement du bas est celui de la propriétaire, nous n'avions donc pas réellement la villa pour nous. Ceci n'était pas non plus précisé dans l'annonce. D'ailleurs, le voisin lui a envoyé un message pour qu'elle vienne dormir sur place afin de nous "surveiller". Il serait donc important de modifier cette annonce en précisant que les événements ne sont pas autorisés et que la propriétaire vit sur place malgré le fait qu'elle s'absente souvent nous laissant tout de même un peu d'intimité. Pour résumé, nous nous sommes sentis très mal dans cette villa.

Perfekt för stort sällskap

Vi var två familjer som hyrde hela huset/båda större lägenheterna och hade därför uteplats samt pool ensamma. Perfekt! Det gick snabbt att gå till havet, restauranger samt affär. Värden gav oss även skjuts till en större mataffär första dagen så att vi kunde göra ett stort inköp- väldigt uppskattat!

Kuća na Čiovu renovirana je 2012. godine i prenamjenjena za turizam. I tako je to počelo. Volim umjetnost, posebno slikarstvo. Cijenim znanje, rad i dosljednost.

When you arrive at the centre of Trogir, you will think you have found some magic in the past. In this beautiful city you will recognize what it looks like a gem, you will experience the beauty and strength of our history. Trogir is a town that has preserved over the centuries and preserved its Romanesque-Gothic look and wear it as a most festive attire.
That's why this old part of Trogir has been included in the UNESCO list of monuments of world cultural heritage and is a frequent destination of many curious. Trogir is located 25 km west of Split and the proximity of a large city just gives him many advantages.

Oral tradition says, 'when God created and chose a place for himself, he chose a Dalmatian.'
All this may be a reason to Trogir and Okrug Gornji become a destination for your vacation.
