With glorious views across the enchanting landscape and surrounding hills, this is the perfect villa for summer living! The interior has been tastefully furnished with a rustic style living/dining room, a large, well equipped kitchen, and even a jacuzzi in one of its bathrooms!







Location and outside area



Situated in peaceful surroundings, this charming single storey villa is set in a walled garden within a short drive from Burriana beach (2 km) and Nerja's shops and restaurants (2 km). The delightful, garden with lawn features a sun terrace with a swimming pool (8,5 m x 4 m). A pleasant veranda with patio furniture provides the ideal spot for barbecue dinners. Just an hour from here, you'll be visiting Granada's Alhambra palace or the Málaga's Gibralfaro castle. If you don't mind driving, visit the beautiful inland cities such as Seville and Córdoba.







Inside and lay-out



A very comfortable living/dining room is rustically decorated with an open fireplace, dining table for 6, two sofas, and satellite-TV. The kitchen is brand new and very well equipped with a ceramic hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The bedrooms sleep 6: one double and two twins, all sharing two full bathrooms with WC, over bath shower, bidet, and basin. One of the bathrooms has a jacuzzi. Each bedroom has air conditioning. A WiFi internet connection and safebox are available (both free of charge).







Note: The swimming pool is heated at no extra cost from September 15th to June 15th. It is optional for the summer, although not required, with a supplement of 150 EUR per week. The pool includes a round jacuzzi area with seating, as shown on the pictures.
