Luxury 15th Century house in the centre with built-in Gallery/Retail facilities

This luxury 15th century house in the heart of Arles has been renovated to an extremely high standard. All the restaurants, bars, commerces (concept store, antiques dealer, supermarket) and sights are within walking distance. Accommodation is for 6 people in 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets and 2 kitchens. There is air conditioning throughout.
The downstairs and cellar spaces have been designed to provide a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and chill out zone or in addition/alternately this space can be used as a gallery/retail space. The ground floor and cellar are equipped with a picture hanging system and ERCO gallery/retail lighting; if necessary the entrance to the cellar can be closed with a metal hatch that acts as a floor.
Upstairs accommodation is situated over 60 m². On the 1st Floor there is a light and comfortable lounge, kitchen/diner space with state-of-the-art appliances including a wine fridge, oven, hob, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and (wonderful in the Winter) a wood burner. The 2nd Floor comprises two bedrooms (with blackout curtains and top quality French-made mattresses for the perfect night's sleep), with two en-suite bathrooms and a separate toilet. On the 3rd floor there is a terrace (with dining table, chairs and a small sofa/2 loungers) with a 180° view over the red slate rooftops of historic Arles.
You have private access to the whole house.
Please note the narrow and steep 15th century spiral staircase with handrails are not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or for very young children.
An old town vehicle access badge is provided for the duration of your stay which allows for you to access paid for street parking for your car/motorbike near to the house.

The TV with Chromecast has no aerial and therefore please note there is no terrestrial (French) TV.
