Small farmhouse with spacious, tastefully decorated, quiet, ideally located between town and country, we are located 4km from the city center of Arles. One storey villa, fully equipped, total area 220 m2
The ground floor consists of an entrance, toilet and water point with washing machine (detergent provided), a dining room, designer glass table 70 years. Living room with two large sofas, and fully equipped modern kitchen.
The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms;
- A bedroom of 24m2 en-suite, 160cm bed bathroom with bath and toilet. Two windows with screens overlooking the garden. Cable TV.
- One bedroom en-suite of 17m2, 140cm bed, bathroom tub. A window with mosquito net overlooking the entrance. TV, DVD
- A 15m2 bed room 140CM with its own 5m2 bathroom on the landing, toilet and shower. A mosquito net window overlooking the entrance. TV, DVD
A garden of 900m2, trampoline, swings, await you, as well as its 10X5 pool, sun loungers and parasols sagne. A summer lounge in industrial style will allow you to lunch overlooking the pool ...
Crau bridge is a hamlet 4 km from the city center of Arles. The area still has all the useful shops for everyday life. As bakeries, butcher, grocer, pharmacy, doctors etc ..
A hospital and a shopping center with supermarkets are within 3km. You can go walking or cycling around the house in the countryside of the Crau.

Awesome and fun home near Arles

I called this property home for a full month and am very happy with my choice. Centrally located nearby all the best Provence has to offer, the house itself is spacious, well appointed and quirky (in a good way), and the outdoor area is huge! A great place to come home to after exploring or just spend the day reading by the pool. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable homebase in provence.

We loved it!

Pool and garden were great with lots of spots to enjoy sun or shade. Inside was fun and well-equipped. There were some nice local food shops a short walk away and a big supermarket a 5-10 minute drive away. Catherine was helpful, easy to contact and quick to reply.

Fabulous property

Dont let the approach to this property put you off! Once inside you are in a quirky fabulous wonderland created by the owners. Everything you could need for your stay is there, and if not, Catherine is at the end of the phone. The garden and the pool form a little oasis of calm and privacy. We all loved it and would not hesitate to go back for another stay. The boulangerie is just a few minutes walk away too. What more could you ask for!

Fantastic house in Arles

Cathrine and Edmonds house is everything it promises with a fantastic garden and swimming pool area with a "Bali" vipe. Pool is very clean with excellent temperature making it perfect for families with children. The house is modernized in with great sense of detail and bedrooms are of extremely high quality. The communication and help from Cath is flawless and speaks very good English which also helps. Can only give there very best recommendations! Anders Denmark

Wonderful summer in Camargue

Thanks to Cathy and Edmont we spent two perfect summer weeks in this beautiful house with a wonderful garden. Our Kids loved especially the pool and to feed the turtels every morning. We did many day trips to the near coast or the Luberon mountains. Everything you need is nearby, boulangerie or supermarket in less than 5 minutes reachable. The hosts are very kind and are helping with every concern that may occur. We can fully recommend this accommodation to families with kids. Thank you very much for this pleasant stay, Cathy and Edmont.

Excellent larger house with pool in Arles

Our stay at this property was excellent. We were one couple and two singles, and the setup of the bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for us -- not always easy to find in rentals in this area. The house is eclectic, beautiful and clean throughout. Great furniture and lots of areas to gather or sit alone to get some work done or read. The highlight was the pool, which is enormous, and was exceptionally clean. The location seemed strange at first -- there are apartments on either side of the house, which initially concerned us, but once inside the house, you are never aware that there are others around you. The entry to the driveway is a bit awkward, but ultimately, the location is actually extremely convenient to food shopping and to town if you have a car. If you want a full-size house with a pool, but need to be very close to Arles, this is probably the best you can do, particularly for the very reasonable cost. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren als 5-köpfige Familie in diesem tollen Haus. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Toller Pool, liebevoll gestaltetes Haus und das Beste: ein Gehege mit vielen Schildkröten. Wir hatten das Glück, dass während unseres Aufenthaltes Schildkrötenbabys geschlüpft sind. Eine Freude vor allem für unsere erwachsenen Kinder. Bäcker ist fussläufig erreichbar, Arles nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Das Hinterland ist traumhaft schön und natürlich die Camargue mit ihrer einzigartigen Natur unbedingt sehenswert! Cathy und Edmond sind tolle Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und um das Wohl ihrer Gäste jederzeit bemüht. Sie waren immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und dadurch eine wunderbare Zeit hier verbracht. Danke Cathy und Edmond!

Ein tolles Haus

Wir, 4 Erwachsene und zwei Teenager, haben eine fantastische Woche am Stadtrand von Arles verbracht. Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön, einzigartig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Auch der Außenbereich ließ keine Wünsche offen, und bei den heißen Temperaturen war der große Pool ein Highlight. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und Check-in und Check-out waren angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut, so dass man sehenswerte Ziele wie Saint-Remy, Les Baux, Maussanne-les-Alpilles oder auch die Camargue gut und schnell erreichen kann. Alles in allem haben wir die Woche in Arles sehr genossen und wären am liebsten noch geblieben.

Schöne Tage in Arles!

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern einen wunderschönen 14-tägigen Urlaub verbracht. Catherine und Edmond sind herausragende Gastgeber. Haus und Pool waren sehr sauber, die Betten von guter Qualität und die Küche neuwertig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für den Einkauf von Backwaren und Obst/Gemüse empfehlen wir das kleine Einkaufszentrum Provenc‘Halles, das in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen ist.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten

Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist riesig und sehr liebevoll und mit vielen Details eingerichtet. Der Garten und Pool sind eine kleine Oase. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet und im Garten gibt es mehr als ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegen. Nett war auch der kleine Schildkrötengarten, die wir jeden Tag gefüttert haben. Sehr schönes großzügiges Ferienhaus

Die Lage ist ideal für Exkursionen, man ist sofort auf den Straßen für die nähere und weitere Umgebung, Läden sind in ausreichender Zahl in nächster Nähe vorhanden. Insbesondere die Außenanlagen mit Pool sind top. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Die Mücken verhinderten am Abend den Aufenthalt im Freien. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar.

Tolles Haus mit Traumgarten

Im Mai haben wir zwei sehr schöne Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Garten mit seinen vielen Nieschen und dem grossen Pool ist der ideale Ort um sich zu entspannen. Viel Spass hat uns auch die Fütterung der Schildkröten gemacht. Das Haus selbst hatte sehr gute Betten und war gut und liebvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage, um die schöne Umgebung zu erkunden, ist ideal. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum vom Arles, alle anderen schönen Orte in dieser Feriengegend sind bequehm und in kurzer Zeit mit einem fahrbaren Untersatz zu erreichen. In kurzer Spazierweite hat es eine Bäckerei, die jeden Tag geöffnet ist, wer den Bus benutzen will, findet die Haltestelle auch in kurzer Gehweite. Die Übergabe sowie die Abgabe des Hauses war unkonpliziert, Cathy und Edmond sind tolle Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären sehr gerne länger geblieben. Danke!

Objekt ist sehr stilvoll und grosszügig. Bequeme Betten, Küche sehr gut ausgerüstet, Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar, Lage ideal für Ausflüge in die Camargue und umliegende Städte wie Avignon, Aix, Nimes, etc. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder mal in diese Unterkunft. Wegen Treppe nicht ideal für kleine Kinder.

Great ArlesVilla

We stayed 12 nights in this wonderful home and would have stayed a month if our schedule allowed. An excellent center for exploring Provence it made day tripping to all the must-see places easy and pleasant, particularly knowing that we would return to the lovely pool for the late afternoons Eclectically decorated, a wonderful kitchen, lovely grounds to go with the pool, and large enough to provide each of our four adults private spaces.. The villa is about 10 minutes from the heart of Arles yet "in the contryside". Restaurant recommendations were excellent and the town has lots of good and reasonable places, and are welcoming. A safari of the Comarque is not to be missed. Wonderful, attentive hosts.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben mit unseren drei Kindern (14, 12 und 8) zwei sehr entspannte Wochen im Haus verbracht. Das Außengelände ist wunderschön, noch schöner als auf den Fotos, und man findet durch die vielen unterschiedlichen Sitz/ Liegebereiche zu jeder Uhrzeit einen Platz im Schatten oder in der Sonne! Im Haus findet man alles, was man braucht und alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Highlights sind auf jeden Fall der große Salzwasserpool, der Kicker, der von den Kindern heiß und innig geliebt wurde, und die 5 Schildkröten, von denen einige sich auch von Hand füttern ließen. Kochgelegenheiten waren sowohl in der gut ausgestatteten Küche vorhanden, wie auch im Außenbereich mit Gas- und Holzkohlegrill. Bäcker, Gemüsehändler und Post sind fußläufig zu erreichen, mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten im Centre Commercial mit einem riesigen Supermarkt. Auch die Innenstadt von Arles ist in weniger als 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Jederzeit wieder!

A wonderful oases close to Arles

Very lovely house with a beautiful garden with lots of different places to sit and enjoy the sun or shadow and a very good pool. The house is fantastic with lots of amazing decorations, well equipped kitchen and overall very good quality. We had a wonderful week in the house. There is very easy access to both Arles and the Camargue. We walked into Arles one evening and had dinner, the walk was only 35 minutes and lots of different restaurants. We had a really good communication with the owner of the house and everything worked perfect from before we arrived until we left the house. We definitely would stay in the house again.

Ganz reizendes Haus mit viel Platz und Liebe zum Detail

Wir haben zu Viert einen außergewöhnlich erholsamen Familienurlaub in Arles verbracht. Das Haus und der Garten mit Pool bieten viel Platz und jederzeit das Gefühl, gänzlich ungestört zu sein. Die sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Vermieter haben das Haus mit viel Liebe und Kreativität eingerichtet - auch nach mehreren Tagen entdeckt man immer wieder neue Deko-Details. Supermarkt wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Die Altstadt bietet schöne Gassen, Restaurants und Kultur. Zum Meer oder den Sehenswürdigkeiten im Hinterland dauert es eine gute halbe Stunde.

Superbe villa, jardin magnifique

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine entre amis dans cette villa. Le jardin est splendide et la piscine très agréable. On est au calme, à 10 minutes d’Arles et les commerces sont tous proches. Les 3 chambres sont très confortables et toute la villa est très agréable, on se sent comme chez soi !! Les propriétaires sont charmants et très accueillants.
