    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent booking experience through VRBO. Despite booking a room for March 26, the property claimed it was booked for March 27. This discrepancy led to a double booking situation, forcing us to find alternative accommodations at our own expense, including taxi fares and a last-minute hotel room. This unacceptable situation requires immediate attention and resolution, including compensation for incurred expenses. I await your prompt response and resolution.
