Why Greg and Martha Hayes chose West Tisbury
This is a family property that was bought by my Grandmother and the house has been in our family since 1961. We grew up spending our summer vacations here. We still vacation every year in the house. It is a very special place and we hope that you learn to love our home and the Vineyard as much as we do.
What makes this House unique
We love that the house sits on 4 acres and has a large deck that we added. We live on the deck in the summer. It provides both shade and sun in the summer. We also love that our house is centrally located in the middle of the island close enough to get to every part of the island in 20 minutes but far enough away to be peaceful. We have access to two beaches, the Trustees beach at Long Point which has both the ocean and a great pond for children. In addition we have access to Lambert's Cove on the sound side of the island.
