Beautiful top floor Apartment close to the beach and outdoor pool!
A quiet, modern, recently refurbished and well presented top floor apartment that's a two minute walk from the Promenade, 5 minutes from the outdoor pool, 5 minutes from shopping precinct, 5 minutes from Venue Cymru, 10 minutes to the town centre but has good local shops and restaurants close by.
Ideal for couples or families that want to explore Llandudno, neighbouring towns like the stunning Conwy or if you are visiting North Wales and want a beautiful place to rest & enjoy your home from home.
The space comprises of two separate bedrooms separated by a small stairs and landing making it more private. The bedrooms have the option of twin single beds or linked king size beds and the rear bedroom has it's own separate toilet.
The kitchen has integrated fridge freezer, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and a washing machine option. The kitchen has been kitted out with everything you need to enjoy your stay with tea, coffee, sugar, sweeteners and all the utensils if you want to cook or eat in.
The living area has an optional sofa bed, TV with applications to watch movies and shows, a large table that can host 6 guests. There are family board games and cards that are easily accesible.
The property is located on the top floor with three flights of stairs and unfortunately doesn't have lift access.
The entire place is yours to relax.
