I am John an adopted Welshman living in Llandudno from the North East of England originally. I am a keen hill walker and love nothing more than getting on the crags on my day off. I work as Quantity Surveyor as my day job.
Why they chose this property
I met my wife at Sheffield University and chose to live in her home town after graduating. I love how convenient it is to the sea and the heart of Snowdonia.
What makes this property unique
A lovingly recently renovated apartment with period features a modern bathroom both bedrooms have super king beds and there as modern fully equipped kitchen. The flat has unique views of the surrounding area and is in the heart of Craig-Y~Dons cafe culture
