Exclusive penthouse in the city centre with views of Malaga Cathedral.

It is located in the heart of Malaga, in the historic centre, next to the main tourist attractions of the city, the ideal option to discover Malaga.

It is an extremely spacious and bright space, with independent entrance by lift and a large terrace with jacuzzi overlooking the cathedral of Malaga.

This penthouse has a master bedroom with double bed, desk and windows. It also has a spacious living-dining room with direct access to a large terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. The flat also has a washing machine, dishwasher, free WiFi, heating and air conditioning, lots of light as it is a very bright space, furniture, T.V., terrace and all the necessary appliances.
As for the bathroom area, there is a main bathroom with shower and vanity unit and a toilet.

Bed linen and towels are provided by the establishment. There is the option to ask for cots or high chairs available, only on request.

The apartments are located in a building dating from the year 1890 and renovated in 2013, where the original exterior facade has been maintained, and the interior has been adapted to the comforts and qualities of current construction, this includes a large elevator and has been removed the architectural barriers of access to the establishment

Being a renovated building, the great leisure activity that exists in the area has been taken into account, and for this it has double-glazed windows to isolate it from outside noise.
We know how important current technology is, and for this we have Wi-Fi in all apartments, with 600 mb fiber optics.

All the apartments have a flat screen LED television, 6 of them are connected to a satellite dish and two are smart TVs.

Wow

When I made the booking, I was unsure whether it actually went through. However, after excellent communication via email, Eva reassured me that everything was as it should be. The apartment is impeccably located and absolutely outstanding. It has everything you need, and you are staying in the city center. Fantastic! I highly recommend visiting this place.

Good stay but would benefit from more attention to detail in the room.

The location is fab. You literally step out into the centre of town but the apartment is quiet and no problem with noise from the street. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. However it was only cleaned once during our stay and the items provided in the kitchen are of the cheapest, lowest quality. Would benefit from items like a broom, tea towels, dustpan and brush etc so you can clean more yourself if this service is not provided regularly.
