Its 6 bedrooms allow guests to relax, and the spacious living room is the perfect place to gather.
The space
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building constructed in 1820 during the reign of Louis XVIII.

- 2 Shared bathrooms (one with shower and no WC, one with bathtub and no WC)
- 1 Private bathroom (see below)
- 1 Separate WC

- Bedroom 1 with a Queensize bed and en-suite bathroom (shower and WC)
- Bedroom 2 with a Queensize bed
- Bedroom 3 with a double bed

Living room convertible into a bedroom: 1 sofa bed for two people

The apartment is ideal for 12 people and can accommodate up to 14 people

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the 1st floor (elevator)

There is an elevator, but please note that there are some stairs to reach it.
Other things to note
A mandatory €500 deposit is required before arrival. Details will be provided beforehand. This is a security measure to ensure compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
