The space
Important : there are stairs within the apartment (about fifteen steps) to access the 4th floor : living room, kitchen and dining area opening up onto the outdoor rooftop terrace.

Important : To protect the environment, please note that the terrace is not heated. It can be used depending on weather conditions.

This is a one-of-a-kind place to stay in Paris, with a 140 sqm / 1500 sqft private terrace, offering a peaceful and spacious space to unwind, from breakfast to late night drinks.
The apartment blends noble materials such as marble and wooden beams, with carefully chosen pieces of artwork. The lively yet subtle 70s decorative touches enhance the general atmosphere and give the apartment a unique character.

The apartment includes:
- 1 Living room
- 1 Dining area with seating for 10 people
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 1 Large terrace with outdoor living room and dining table (100 sqm / 1000 sqft). The terrace is west-facing and is ideally exposed in the afternoon and evening.
- 2 Shared bathrooms (each with shower and WCs)
- 2 Private bathrooms (see below)
- 2 Separate WCs

5 bedrooms arranged as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a Kingsize bed and en-suite private bathroom (bathtub, no WC)
- Bedroom 2 with a Kingsize bed and en-suite private bathroom (shower, no WC)
- Bedroom 3 with a Queensize bed
- Bedroom 4 with a Queensize bed
- Bedroom 5 with a Queensize bed

The apartment can accommodate up to 10 people.

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the 3rd floor (elevator). You will see a plaque on the right door, with “P17-GOU71-3D”.
Other things to note
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
