Great location and amenities

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s a great location and the owner has thought through all of your needs with a smart tv, kids games and even had a plug converter for our US devices.

This was the best place we stayed at during our 3 week tour of the UK and Ireland. The host was very responsove and accomodating. The house was well stocked with many extras that added a personal touch. My kids loved the extra little cookies the owner provided and my husband and i enjoyed the coffee and sitting in the garden patio in the morning. This was in a nice neighborhood with easy access to the bus and our tour guides found us for easy pick up and drop off.

Property was in a great location for the area. However, it was not well kept (neither was it recently renovated), it was untidy when we arrived (including damp towels on the radiators) and not as clean as we would have expected. The bathroom was very dark (black tiles) and contained no soap other than a half used cake (all the liquid soap dispensers were empty). Sheets were well worn and, we suspect, had been poorly washed and aired before we arrived - as a result, we went out and purchased new sheets to sleep in, along with soap and dishwasher tablets (as there were none). Most fabric surfaces and floor mats were stained in some way. Good car parking and easy access to local shops.

Lovely stay

This is a beautiful property. I loved the back sitting area. The apartment was spacious and clean. It was well equipped with everything you would need as well as some extras which was very nice. The beds were comfortable for a good night sleep. Check in was easy and quick. The only thing I found hard was the proximity to restaurants. We had an elderly person with us and could not walk far. There were a couple of good restaurants within a short driving distance. Tim was a great host!

Comfortable stay

The house was just like advertised. The kitchen was full of useful material - coffee, tea, cleaning materials etc - even butter in the fridge! The house is the basement floor of a terraced appartment block - you can hear a lot of noise from the occupants of the appartment above due to only wooden floors in between. There was a small mixup about where keys could be found for checkin but the owner sorted it out very quickly and was frequently in touch to ensure we had a perfect stay. Would definitely recommend this location.

Excellent

This property was amazing and as advertised. It was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Tim was very responsive and took care of everything. We had an issue with the hot water the first night and he personally came over to check on it. When he couldn't fix it he had someone come out the next morning. This property is awesome!
