With the stunning views of Nerja countryside and its coastline, Villa Natalia Sol is another great addition to our Spanish villa portfolio! This stylish property has a spacious outside area and a large wooden gazebo, which is great for relaxing and alfresco dining. The villa is located close to the Rio Seco area of Nerja with the local beaches and towns being easily reached by car. Air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms and lounge and WiFi are included in this 4 bedroom villa.

Villa Natalia Sol is in an elevated position and has a superb, countryside setting, looking down onto the town of Nerja, the surrounding mountains, hillsides and the sea.The local beaches and towns are easily accessible by car. The traditional Andalucian towns of Nerja, Torrox and Frigiliana offer everything to complete your stay with plentiful restaurants, bars and beaches.

Main pool: 8 x 4 mtr, 1.4 - 1.8 mtr depth

Splash pool: 1 x 1 mtr, 1.3 - 1.3 mtr depth

La maison est conforme et agreable. J ai apprécié la verdure autour. L autoroute est non loin mais on ne l entend pas. Aucune nuisance concernant la mitoyennete. Les aménagements extérieurs sont tres agréable. Les voisins gentils. Concernat la maison, le chemin d acces n est pas tres évident et assez surprenant, en suv c etait correcte mais pas super bien fléché pour l arrivée. La piece de vie est petite pour 8 personnes, je recommande pour 5-6 personnes si on doit rester a l intérieur. Il serait utile de confirmer si l'eau est potable au robinet. Le voisin m'a conseillé de rester sur l eau en bouteille.
