Top-Lage. Bei Ankunft allerdings sehr warm in der Wohnung. Es stellte sich heraus, daß die Klimaanlage seit Wochen außer Betrieb war. Zum Ausgleich funktionierte aber auch die Heizung nicht (die Woche war ab Ankunftstag kalt und regnerisch). Waghalsige Elektro-Arbeiten lassen den Abschluß einer Lebensversicherung empfehlenswert erscheinen. Das Treppenhauslicht funktionierte fast nie (Taschenlampe mitnehmen!). Der Fernseher hatte 2 Tage kein Signal. Das Internet (WLAN) fiel an einem Vormittag aus. Bratpfanne mit rundem Boden. --- so wie man sich italienische Unterkünfte vor 50 Jahren vom "Finish" her halt vorgestellt hat. Die Lage ist aber wirklich toll. Man sollte aber Langmut mitbringen und trotz zugesagter Klimatisierung auch schwitzen - oder alternativ bei Kälte auch frieren - wollen.
