Communication with manager wasn't great. Enquired about extra key but was told in a clipped manner that no more keys were being provided. Had to call them directly to get a clear answer as emails weren't very clear. Apart from that apt and complex were great

Fantastic 11 nights in summer holidays

The apartment was exactly as described and the collection of keys was really simple. We also arranged our transfers through Cerro Novo which made everything so much easier. The apartment complex is great with a swim up bar and after the first couple of days there were loads of sun beds available at all times of the day. There were the usual towels out at 6.30am by a few but we had no trouble getting beds. The bar/restaurant had a good selection of lunches and huge selection of drinks at reasonable prices. You can also use the pools in the other apartment blocks of Cerro Mar. The reception staff in Cerro Mar were extremely helpful with local information and ordering taxis. The stairs from old town, followed by a big hill are the only downside but the taxis from old town were €3.90 and we had already factored that in as were not all in a position to be able to come back up them. The only other small issue was we had no change over of bedding or towels during an 11 night stay, we could have done with a mid holiday change. Would definitely recommend this apartment.
