This lovely modern apartment with air conditioning throughout is situated just outside the Old Town of Albufeira within walking distance.
The apartment is comfortably furnished throughout.
The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine.
Living area has patio doors leading to a lovely private garden with lawn, outdoor furniture and some natural shade.
The bedrooms both have twin beds. One bedroom has patio doors leading out to the private garden area.
The small complex is relaxed and peaceful yet not far from all the amenities of the Old Town of Albufeira and the beach.

Très bel emplacement

La résidence est très propre, la piscine avec la vue mer au loin est très agréable Les résidents, en majorité en résidence secondaire sont très calmes et respectueux Le garage couvert est un énorme plus en été ! L’appartement est très propre et bien équipé, la literie très confortable. Points négatifs : le store extérieur ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons dû faire un montage avec deux parasols pour nous protéger du soleil et de la chaleur dans le petit jardin. L’arrosage automatique démarre à 8h du matin pendant une demie heure et trempe toute la pelouse Ne comptez pas dormir dans le canapé lit si vous êtes un adulte ! Le sommier en métal est très bruyant et inconfortable et ce n’est pas le mince matelas qui peut arranger quoique ce soit ! L’appartement devrait être proposé pour 4 adultes et non pas 5.

Nel complesso discreta

Mancavano alcune suppellettili in cucina (scolapasta e moka del caffè). La porta d’ingresso non si poteva chiudere dall’interno anche se da fuori, per accedere, serve la chiave. Una persona è entrata per la sostituzione degli asciugamani e piccole pulizie mentre eravamo fuori senza preavviso. Ciò è parso abbastanza fuori luogo.
