Perfect for public transport junkies and travelers learning the London Transport System. 12 minutes walk to the nearest tube station and 2 from the bus that goes to the tube station. City noises are common even with the windows closed but it just added to the experience for this small town American. Vibrant neighborhood with lots of food options and a large grocery shop up the street. Perfect home base for exploring London.

Terrific flat in great location

We stayed here for a month on holiday. The flat is spacious and light, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom and lots of closet space. It was clean and fresh and very quiet, even with rail lines behind the building. It is an easy walk to major supermarket and a block to bus stops where you can connect to anywhere in London. #23 goes to Charring Cross through central London; #52 goes.to Victoria Station, passing the side of Buckingham Palace, and others go to underground stations and popular locations throughout greater London.

Convenient, on Handy Bus Routes, but Noisy

We really enjoyed the apartment and everything was as listed and shown. Check-in was easy. The one surprise was that the apartment backed on several railroad tracks that ran commuter trains and was very busy and noisy, especially when it was hot and windows were open.
