Beach House on Plaka Beach, Pool/Jacuzzi

Villa Tranquilla is a newer, large villa located right on beautiful Plaka Beach. The villa has been designed with large groups in mind with the ability to host up to 16 people.

It has 6 bedrooms each with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. There is an open floor plan with large living room and kitchen, TV room, guest bathroom and laundry.

The villa has an extensive outdoor patio with lounge, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, large dining table, jacuzzi and private pool. This all comes with fantastic views of the Sea and Plaka beach from the patio or from 2 balconies on the upper floor and is located only a few steps (approx. 150m) from the beach.

Villa Tranquilla has 3 floors with two bedrooms on each floor.

The ground floor has two bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms, large living room and kitchen area, and a half bathroom for guests. This floor opens up to a spacious patio where you will find an outdoor kitchen and dining area, couches, private pool and deck, beautiful garden, outdoor shower, and jacuzzi.

The basement floor has two bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms, TV Room, large open area capable of holding 2-4 folding beds, and a storage/laundry room.

The top floor has two bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms and balconies. The balconies provide a fantastic frontal view of the Sea and Plaka Beach and beautiful rear view of the hills and valley.

We have organized the outdoor areas and garden to be versatile and fit the diverse needs of our guests with sunbeds, shady sitting and dining/kitchen areas, private pool and deck, jacuzzi, extensive garden, outdoor shower, lounging couches, and a fantastic view of the Sea and Plaka Beach which is just a few steps away (approx. 150M).
