Where do I even begin? Our recent stay at the Sofina and Matina villas on Naxos was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the bittersweet moment we had to leave, everything was simply perfect. As seasoned travelers who have stayed in numerous vacation rentals, we can confidently say that Bob and Chantelle are outstanding hosts who went above and beyond to ensure an unforgettable experience.
First and foremost, the communication was seamless. We asked about availability of shovels and buckets for the children to use at the beach. When we arrived we found 2 new sets of shovels and buckets for the children. Chantelle met us at the airport and assisted us with our luggage. At the villas, she spent nearly an hour showing us on a map the best beaches, attractions, recommendations for restaurants and details of the villas. Her warm and welcoming nature instantly made us feel at ease, as if we were staying with a close friend.
This VRBO is a true gem. Immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need, it exceeded our expectations. Maid service was provided each day. Every room was thoughtfully designed to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. perfect way to unwind and enjoy our time together as a family. The two well-maintained pools and hot tubs were an absolute treat, and we made cherished memories splashing around and enjoying the serene ambiance overlooking the South Aegean Sea.
