Looking for calm and fresh mountain air while being central to visit Alsace, come to Val d'Argent (http://www.valdargent.com/) and more particularly to Gite du Pré au Miel. In this old farm of the 19th century designed to accomodate 14 people maximum, located in the unique setting of the quiet zone of Taenchel and only 5 minutes from the village center.
The "Beehive" upstairs room over 70 m² also offers music and reading, playing table football (professional) or pinball, unless you prefer to do some fitness after returning from 'hike.
