The holiday rental is a 4-star property that sleeps 8 to 12 people, ideal for 8 adults and 4 children. Our holiday home is located in the heart of the Alsace wine region, near Colmar, Kaysersberg, Riquewihr, and Bergheim. It’s the perfect base for exploring the wine route and Christmas markets! The house has been completely renovated using eco-friendly, high-performance materials. A private pool heated in the summer and a Nordic bath with air jets are at your disposal. The house features exterior insulation made of wool and wood fibre. It is therefore very well insulated in winter and stays cool in summer (provided you close the windows and the solar shutters on the skylights...). A dual-flow mechanical ventilation system ensures continuous air filtration and circulation. Each bedroom and suite has its own large bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The brand-new bedding is the same quality as that found in 4-star hotels. Each room features a large-screen TV with French and German channels as well as Netflix. All linens, including sheets, are provided. The beds are made upon arrival. The pool and spa area includes a terrace with a large outdoor table, a barbecue, and plenty of umbrellas and lounge chairs. The house, the pool area, and the Nordic bath/spa are reserved exclusively for your private use. This is a smoke-free property. We do not allow pets. Unfortunately, due to the layout of the property, we are unable to accommodate guests with limited mobility.
