The thoughtful design of the apartment actually offers two independent suites (two bedrooms with an en suite bathroom). In the large bedroom is with a bed (180x200 cm), in others there are two single beds (90x190 cm). Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan with lamp and remote control

The kitchen has been completely renovated November 2019 is equipped with an induction hob, combi oven-microwave , fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and other small kitchen appliances.

The bathrooms have been completely renovated in November 2018 and have a bath and walk-in shower and toilet.

There is ample parking in the immediate area and also the possibility to use your own parking space in the garage.



This area is known for being one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa del Sol.

In Playa Las Dunas de Cabopino (dune area) you can walk and in the port of Cabopino Marina you can also enjoy delicious food. You can also enjoy the dishes of the famous Da Bruno Cabopino restaurant within walking distance (5 minutes). There is also a walking path along the beach between Cabopino and Cala de Mijas (1.5 hour long walk).
