Superkommunikation mit dem freundlichen und empathischen Agentur-Team. Wohnung schön, aber den ganzen Tag im Schatten: entsprechend kalt, besonders nachts. Trotz meiner Bitte, wurde uns kein Heizgerät zur Verfügung gestellt, wir mussten selbst einen Ofen kaufen. Die Herd-Aufzugshaube war kaputt; trotz unserer Beschwerde, wurde sie nicht repariert. WLAN gute Verbindung, aber das Fernsehen empfing keine deutschen Programme. Meine Bitte, diese Funktion zu aktivieren, wurde abgelehnt. Wir mussten selbst einen Router kaufen und installieren lassen. Schließlich: Kleine Insekten in der Küche; es müsste eine Professionelle Schädlingsbekämpfung durchgeführt werden. Fazit: Sehr guter Umgang, aber schlechter Kundenservice.

Bel appartement propre, calme, bien situé avec belle vue. Toutefois quelques remarques :
1) Procédure d'arrivée : Home2Book demande une heure précise d'arrivée mais à notre arrivée personne sur place . Après 1/2h d'attente avons téléphoné et ils ont seulement envoyé quelqu'un qui ne parlait qu'Espagnol et très peu l'anglais et qui ne nous a donné aucune explication .
2) Le stationnement : vous pouvez soi-disant stationner dans la résidence sur les emplacements libres . La résidence compte plus de 80 appartements et une trentaine d'emplacements . Ils sont donc tous occupés presqu'en permanence, d'autant plus qu'étant très étroits certains utuilisent 3 emplacements pour 2 voitures pour pouvoir ouvrir les portières . De plus la zone de manoeuvre est très étroite -> difficultés pour en sortir . Vous devrez la plupart du temps d'aller stationner dans la rue où les places libres ne sont pas nombreuses.
3) L'appartement en lui même : rien à redire sauf qu'il est pauvre en vaisselle .
Il est pourtant prévu pour pour 4 et nous n'étions que 2

We are also sorry that not everything went as you expected. Our cleaners are in charge of handing over the keys and they try to speak English as best they can and they cannot always be punctual due to traffic issues.
Regarding parking, unfortunately, the community of neighbours did not have spaces assigned to the apartments, but it is something that we, as a company, cannot control, although we send you our most sincere apologies.
We are sorry that you did not make us aware of all this and the matter of the dishes, as we could have helped you in any way we could.

Precioso apartamento con vistas al mar
Nos ha encantado la decoración de esta casa y su comodidad. Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en esta vivienda, además tiene una situación privilegiada ya que está ubicada en un buen sitio del norte y es un gran punto de partida para conocer el resto de la isla! Sus vistas y la piscina comunitaria son espectaculares. Gracias Home2Book por la atención.
