A cheerful house encompassing 4000sqft area,with private open to sky pool.
Our private and independent villa is in a semi gated community.
The villa is fully equipped with all modern amenities and for additional safety we have security CCTV cameras in the exterior of the villa.
The space
Located about 2 minutes off the Nashik Agra highway Nh60 our 3bhk villa offers a cut from the hustle bustle and provides noise free zone.

° 3 air conditioned bedrooms with 2 washrooms on the ground floor.

° Spacious living room with 3+1+1 sofa set and a diwan.

° All 3 bedrooms and living room comes equipped with smart TV alongside airtel Xstream set top box connection.Stream your favorite OTT content at your fingertips.

° Free Wifi connectivity in entire house with a 100mbps speed connectivity.

° Dining area and has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator,microwave,crockery,gas stove,water purifier,washing machine and electric kettle ( provisions have been made for tea coffee sugar and dairy whitener sachets).

° All rooms are have a queen size bed, Clean linen and duvets are provided along with towels and top quality toiletries.
In addition providing 5 extra mattresses along with linen and duvets,can accommodate max 12 guests.

Outdoor amenities
°There is reasonable size pool with a depth of 4.5ft.
Special emphasis has been laid on the kids pool to give our young adults their space,depth of this is around 3ft with a railing to provide additional safety.
°There is a provision for outdoor shower.
° The patio pergola is built around the pool with ample seating to enjoy your day lazyin around.
°There is a green lawn area leading to the pool.
° The terrace has a gazebo seating apt for your late evenings,listen to the birds chirping around in the green surroundings.
° This area can be used for your outdoor dining also.
° Providing a BBQ to bring out your hidden Masterchef.👨‍🍳👨‍🍳
(Materials required can be sourced on request or caretaker can also prepare the marinade at an extra cost.)

Guest access
Guest can access the entire property as it is solely with them for the duration of their stay..
Other things to note
Parking space for 3 vehicles is available in the villa and 2 more cars can be accommodated right outside the gate.(CCTV surveillance in place)

Breakfast not included in the rates.

(Can be prepared by the caretaker at an additional cost that can be discussed with him personally)

For all other meals being centrally located all major restaurants provide delivery (Swiggy Zomato provides good and quick service too)

The caretaker is available 24by7 on the premises and has a separate room in the backyard.

The villa is equipped with fully charged inverter,in case of power cuts the inverter does not support AC,geyser and microwave.

Since our villa is in a very silent and peaceful community we would appreciate our guests not to violate noise pollution rules of the local government.
Guests cannot invite other guests or day visitors during the stay.
