This modern ground floor apartment is located only a 1 minute walk from Cessnock Subway Station in a quiet street just south of the river and very close to the West End, City Centre, the OVO Hydro, SECC, Ibrox Stadium and BBC Scotland.
Professionally cleaned, linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies and toiletries. Free on street parking.
The space
A recently refurbished modern ground floor apartment in a traditional sandstone tenement, our home features smart home technology for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Glasgow.
Featuring a large comfortable double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, we also had underfloor heating installed for enhanced guest experience. There is also an additional toilet in the hall. The open plan kitchen/living area is fully equipped and includes clothes airer, iron and ironing board too. The apartment has a private patio area out front exclusively for guest use.
Guest access
You will have exclusive access to this flat during your stay.
Complimentary towels, shampoo, shower gel and soap are provided, as well as tea and coffee will also be provided to guest.
There is free on-street parking available outside the flat building.
Other things to note
The flat features a Nest Hub in the living room and a Nest Mini speaker in the bedroom. You can control the lights and heating from either.
