Gardener’s Cottage is situated in the south wing of the Grade II Listed Tallentire Hall and is set within 11.5 acres of landscaped grounds and woodland.

8 steps to entrance.
Living room/kitchen: With 43″ Freeview Smart TV, Blu-ray player, DVD player, CD player, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, slow cooker, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Dining room.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

First Floor:
Bedroom: With kingsize bed.

Parking: free parking for 2 cars parked in tandem.

Biomass central heating, electricity, Luxury Egyptian Cotton bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
