This is a lovely place, everything was clean and tidy on arrival. The welcome drink and biscuits were a nice touch and it's always good to see tea and coffee waiting. There is a nice amount of plates with mugs and glasses available, same with cutlery. The bed was comfortable and even with the Seagulls not wanting us to rest, we slept well for the most of it. It's probably out of the owners hands, but the nightlife on a weekend can be disruptive of sleep as loud crowds gather outside of the apartment/flat, so if you want a quiet night, this wouldn't be for you. The TV, for us, is too high up on the wall in proportion to the height of the settee. When sitting on the settee, it started to hurt our necks looking up, and the sitting on the stool was only comfortable for so long, but other than that we had a brilliant stay.
