Upon entering the apartment we enter directly into a spacious and bright living-dining room that has a double sofa-bed, side table, Smart TV and two armchairs. It has several windows that overlook two large interior patios, which makes it a perfect place to rest. Next to the living room we find the dining area, with a table and chairs with capacity for 6 people.

Right next to the dining area is the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. It also has a large window that overlooks an interior patio.

From the living room we can access the two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and a complete bathroom en suite with a shower, and the other with 2 single beds, a built-in wardrobe and also a complete bathroom en suite with a shower.

The area where the apartment is located is completely safe and quiet, and at the same time surrounded by life: shops of typical and artisan products, restaurants and terraces with a magnificent atmosphere where you can enjoy a pleasant time and taste some of the specialties of Sevillian gastronomy. . The main tourist attractions are just a few meters from the apartment, such as the Cathedral and the Giralda, the Plaza del Salvador with the magnificent Church of San Isidoro, the Town Hall, the Plaza Nueva...

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
