This beautiful apartment enjoys an unbeatable location in one of the charming narrow streets of Seville’s historic center.
Access to the apartment is through a spacious and stunning typical Andalusian courtyard, leading into a bright and spacious living-dining room equipped with a double sofa bed, side table, smart TV, and two armchairs. Several windows overlook two interior courtyards, creating a perfect space for relaxation. The dining area adjacent to the living room features a table with seating for six.
The kitchen, located next to the dining area, is fully equipped with everything needed and has a large window also overlooking an interior courtyard, bringing in natural light.
From the living room, you can access the two bedrooms: one with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and a private en-suite bathroom with shower; the other with two single beds, built-in wardrobe, and also an en-suite bathroom with shower.
The area is quiet and safe, yet lively, surrounded by shops selling typical and artisanal products, restaurants, and terraces with a unique atmosphere to enjoy Sevillian cuisine. Additionally, the main tourist attractions are just a few minutes’ walk away, including the Cathedral and Giralda, Plaza del Salvador with the Church of San Isidoro, the Town Hall, and Plaza Nueva.

We stayed for 3 weeks and absolutely loved both the city and the apartment! Great location - we love to walk and were able to walk to everything we wanted to see/experience in Seville. The apartment was lovely. Clean , spacious and the kitchen was well enough equipped that we were able to cook dinner a few times though eating out was why we were there and did that far more often! The staff were fantastic. Regular cleaning was a nice surprise . Check in was ok ( we waited a bit but understand they were busy that day...) and they responded with lightening speed when we locked ourselves out! Would highly recommend.

Perfect location by a nice plaza, walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Very nice apartment. A little complex to get there but this is true of anything in central Sevilla. Be aware they are strict about arrival times to check you in to the apartment.
Beautiful, clean apartment and a wonderful location close to restaurants and sites. The hosts were accommodating and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Seville!

The description and pictures are accurate. This is a great place to stay. Very clean, great beds, well equipped kitchen, nice location near Alfalfa Plaza and well decorated and modern. Only slight concern was one set of keys issued which was a hassle, but don’t let that stop you from renting this place. Best rental value I have had in a long time.

We stayed here for 3 days over the Christmas Holiday 2022. Three people. The apartment is clean, plenty spacious, well stocked (great kitchen), and nice design. Photos are accurate. It's in a great busy neighborhood, but inside a courtyard so plenty quiet. Check in was a bit confusing (I emailed and texted to understand it), and a little stressful as we had to text 40 minutes before arrival to meet someone. But it all worked out. They were there ready and waiting. Only small issue was not enough hot water for 3 consecutive showers. But once we knew that and planned, it was great. Highly recommend this apartment.

Dirty, smells like sewage with mold in the bathroom
Very poorly managed property. Mold in the grout lines in the shower. Non-operational shower head. Strong sewage smell from the plumbing in the building/unit. Empty bottles of shampoo left in the shower which tells me they did not clean the property well. They only give you 1 set of keys so if someone wanted to stay out, all had to return to be let in the apartment then go back out again. Management does not take responsibility for their shortcomings. The only good thing is the location but I am sure there are many other units in the same area that are much better condition.
