TV, DVD player, WiFi, selection of books. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available on request. Off-road parking for 1 car. South facing rear garden with shrubs and furniture. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.6 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: If you wish to bring a pet, please let us know when booking. Note: This property has feather bedding, if you require an alternative please contact us prior to arrival. Note: steep stairs with wooden handrail. Note: Located on main road, recently installed double glazing has reduced noise, but please bear this in mind when booking. Note: dog treats, towels, blankets and a bowl for dogs. The town has been famous for boatbuilding, rope and sail making since the Middle Ages. The working tide mill is a major attraction and a must visit for anyone staying in the area. The River Deben runs alongside the town and is popular for boating, walking and wildlife with wonderful views over to the National Trust site of Sutton Hoo. The town hosts a number of events throughout the year and is a wonderful place to visit.
