The apartment was spacious, clean, Beautifully presented and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The location is good for parking and access to Montepulciano . Fabulous view. Supermarket within walking distance. Lovely hosts, very accommodating.

An excellent experience! Property is at the bottom of town, close to restaurants and grocery store. Villa was very clean and well stocked and had a beautiful view. Beds were firm but comfortable. Free Parking was a few streets away downhill. A perfect place to stay in Montepulciano.

Mesmerizing balcony view

The booking process was very efficient. Paolo was responsive to thousands of questions we had. The villa is in perfect location and well decorated. The comfort level was high. We couldn't have asked for better living arrangements. We would have given more stars if it allowed.

Wow!!! This property was amazing and Paolo was a wonderful host! The view of the Tuscan valley was splendid and we were met by the town bells chiming as we arrived! Paolo met us at his home, and even helped us with a taxi issue once we arrived from the train station. Be prepared to wear your walking shoes as this site is at the base of the hilltop so all the restaurants and shops are uphill except the proper grocery store which is just down the hill and around the corner.. But there is a little bus that you can catch very close to the apartment that winds through the streets to the top! We absolutely loved our stay in Montepulciano!!!
