Villa Can Francisco is a welcoming four-bedroom villa set in a quiet area between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, offering pleasant mountain views and a relaxed atmosphere ideal for families. Its location allows easy access to the historic centre of Pollensa and the beaches and seafront of Puerto Pollensa, all just a few minutes’ drive away.



A leafy pergola frames the entrance, creating a fresh and inviting arrival. Inside, a bright and spacious layout opens with a dining area to the left and a comfortable lounge to the right. The fully equipped kitchen is also located on this ground floor, providing everything needed for convenient home-style cooking.



On the lower floor, you will find a bedroom with three single beds and a full bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs, the house offers two double bedrooms—one with an en-suite bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a shower—plus a twin bedroom and an additional bathroom with a shower.



The villa includes free Wi-Fi and hot/cold air conditioning. The air conditioning operates on a fixed schedule from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 21:00 to 08:00, following local energy-saving guidelines. Unlimited use can be arranged for an extra cost.



Outdoors, Villa Can Francisco features a pleasant garden with lawn, palm trees, and shaded corners. The pool is secured with a safety fence, making it perfect for families, and the barbecue area provides a great setting for relaxed meals after a day at the beach.



The villa is 5 km from Pollensa's old town and 2 km from Puerto Pollensa, where you will find restaurants, cafés, shops, and water sports. Cala Sant Vicenç, with its clear coves and calm atmosphere, is also nearby. The surrounding area offers hiking routes, viewpoints, and a taste of authentic Mallorca.

Great family villa

We really enjoyed staying here, the villa was well equipped with most of what we needed. The outside space and pool area really made the stay for us, so many spaces with options for sun and shade. There were a few things that could make the villa even better, maybe upgrading the loungers and the lock on the patio door needs fixed. But we would definitely recommend the villa and would happily stay here again.

The whole holiday was amazing. The villa the location and for a family holiday you can’t beat Puerto Pollensa. We were a family of 9 and everything was fantastic. What I would say is if you are thinking of hiring a villa for a week please choose Owl Booking, All the staff from the moment I enquired to the moment we left the villa they were first class in sorting everything out. A week at Can Francisco

The Villa was in a lovely location, our family loved the stay, accommodation perfect, very spacious. The swimming pool and garden made our stay very special. This didn’t spoil our time in the villa but a few suggestions. A larger toaster , 4 slice toaster would be more suitable. (Only 2 slice). The glasses were different shapes and sizes, it would be nice to have one set of matching. A set of plastic plates/dishes for outside would be safer than using china.

Very nice villa. We stayed as a group of 4 mates. The property is big. Everything is clean. The pool is great. The walk into Puerto Pollenca is about 15-20 minutes, or there's a couple of bars and mini supermarket 5 mins away.It would be ideally suited for cyclists.We rented 125cc scooters nearby which was great fun up the mountains. I'd happily stay here again. The only criticism I'd have is there's a very noisy cockerel at a nearby property who kept me awake the first night. From the second night I made sure all windows were closed with the wooden boards behind. Maybe take earplugs to be sure if you're a light sleeper. This was only an issue for 1 bedroom.

Can Francisco

Car highly recommended even though it is walkable to the beach. Lovely and safe garden for toddlers. We were a large group and there was plenty space. More than enough sun beds and air conditioning was very efficient. A bit of a pain taking rubbish out as there isn’t a bin nearby but you get used to it. Overall a super Villa and being safe for children was top of our list.

Eine tolle Finca, nicht weit weg von Port Pollenca.

Ruhige Lage, sehr schöne Unterkunft, Klimaanlage in jedem Raum, guter Service, toller Pool, in einer sehr schönen, gepflegten Gartenanlage. Schattiger Stellplatz für 2 Fahrzeuge vorhanden. Die Finca ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen! In der Haupt-Ferienzeit war die Finca (verständlicherweise) nicht gerade günstig. Zu Fuß ist es bei heißem Wetter doch etwas weit zum Strand (ca. 30 Min.), mit einem Fahrzeug aber kein Problem.

Könnte besser sein.

Das Haus ist schön geschnitten. Leider sind die Zäune sehr löchrig. Es kamen fast täglich zwei bellende Hunde auf das Grundstück. Diese haben mir Angst gemacht. Zusätzlich haben sie auf den Rasen gekotet. Der Grillrost sollte auf jeden Fall ersetzt werden. Sie sind verbogen und löchrig sowie verrostet. Im Okt/Sep sehr viele Mücken. Das Haus hat keinerlei Fliegengitter oder Ähnliches. Hier sollte nachgebessert werden. Der Pool könnte sauberer sein. Fugen sind mit Algen bewachsen. Der Steg um den Pool ist extrem rutschig, wenn er feucht ist. Leider ragte eine Schraube aus dem Steg. Hier bestand hohe Verletzungsgefahr. Im Haus sollte auch unter den Möbeln wie z.B dem Schlafsofas Staub gesaugt werden.
