Villa Can Francisco is just a short drive from Puerto Pollensa beach and Pollensa's old town. This is a wonderful four-bedroom villa with stunning mountain views. The furnishings at Villa Can Francisco are the ideal blend of contemporary and antique. It boasts roomy interiors, tall wooden beamed ceilings, and bright colored walls. It features a sizable living area with views of the lovely grounds and a sizable pool where you can cool down and soak up the sun.

A magnificent pergola made of lush leaves that provides constant shade on the villa's driveway meets us at the entry.
Just by entering through the front door we can feel the warmth of the place. A large dining room with its table and 6 chairs on the left, a huge living room with comfortable sofas where you can enjoy a chat, read a book or watch a TV program on the right.

On the same floor there is also a modern fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with three single beds and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a large living room, surrounded by glass windows with magnificent views of the garden, being the ideal place for adults and children to play and have fun.

From the living room we find the stairs that lead to the upper floor. On this floor there is a bedroom with two beds, and a large double bedroom with built-in closet. Between these two bedrooms there is a bathroom with shower. On the other side of the staircase there is a double bedroom with beautiful mountain views and an en suite bathroom which stands out for having a bathtub on one side, and on the other side with a shower door, and two sinks. From this floor there is a beautiful wooden railing design, with an open view to the living room. The whole house is decorated with different paintings, from abstracts and landscapes, to animals, giving a unique charm to this beautiful Villa. In the staircase downstairs and upstairs there is the possibility of putting child safety gates.

All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The A.C in the dining room and living room are open with no time restriction.

The exterior of Villa Can Francisco is undoubtedly a unique place. Beautiful gardens, with trees, plants and palm trees are the ideal place for children to play while the older ones enjoy the sun, a game of table tennis or a nap in one of the comfortable hammocks. What could be better than enjoying culinary delights with family or friends at the large barbecue and sipping a glass of local wine. The swimming pool with a large barrier around it, complete the charm of this beautiful Villa.

Villa Can Francisco is located 5 kms from the village of Pollensa and 2 kms from Puerto Pollensa, walking 25 minutes or 2 minutes by car. In Pollensa you will find stores, a cultural center, the Pollensa market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional stores and churches are also present in this historic town. Enjoy the atmosphere in the evening and take part in its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices abound.

The beach of Puerto Pollensa is perfect for relaxing in the sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing or jet skiing.

In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala, as it is known by the locals) there is a small supermarket, several small restaurants offering a variety of gastronomic experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal-clear waters.
The use of a car is recommended to move around freely and make the most of your stay, as there is much more to explore around Villa Can Francisco.
